With the increasing demand for underground space,urban underground comprehensive corridors are playing an increasingly important role in municipal engineering.As a trenchless technology,the pipe jacking method moves the construction work from surface to the underground and solves the damage to urban roads,Meanwhile,effectively solves the phenomenon of "urban zipper",so it has been widely used in the construction of urban underground comprehensive corridors.However,pipe jacking construction will inevitably cause disturbances to the soil and surface deformation,when the deformation is too large,it will not only affect road safety,even damage the safety of surrounding buildings(structures)and endanger people's property and safety.This thesis takes the pipe jacking construction of the Youyi Avenue section of the Wujiu line comprehensive corridors project in the Jiangnan Greenway Center of Wuhan City as the background to study and analyze the surface deformation caused by the pipe jacking construction.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Fully comprehend the principle of pipe jacking construction technology,introduce and analyze the causes and influencing factors of surface deformation caused by pipe jacking construction;(2)Using Leica TM50 full-automatic total station as the data acquisition equipment,using Web technology based on the B/S architecture,a set of settlement monitoring system for real-time monitoring of surface deformation and information management of monitoring data was designed;(3)Using MIDAS-GTS NX software,the finite element analysis of the surface deformation caused by pipe jacking construction was carried out.The distribution law of the horizontal and vertical surface deformation is studied,and the numerical calculation results are compared with the field monitoring data.The results are in good agreement,which verifies the reliability of the numerical results.In addition,the influence of factors such as soil pressure,soil elastic modulus and grouting pressure on the surface deformation is also analyzed.
