Staphylococcus aureus is one of the most common pathogens in nature.After the emergence of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,it has popular and spread all over the world.It is an important pathogen of hospital-and community-acquired infections.This article aims to understand the pollution status,virulence gene carrying status,and resistance of commonly used antibiotics of Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus in some areas of Xinjiang,so as to provide important theories for rational clinical use in accordance with.2 189 samples(fecal sample,milk sample,cutting tool swab,milking room environment swab,carcass swab,etc.)were collected from cattle and sheep farms,slaughterhouses and markets in Urumqi,Ili,Changji,Shihezi and Korla.We used national standard method to separate and identify Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus.Ten virulence genes(sea,seb,sec,fnbA,fnbB,hla,hlb,clfa,pvl,tst)were detected.We investigated the drug resistance of 15 kinds of antibiotics(ampicillin,ciprofloxacin,norfloxacin,erythromycin,clarithromycin,minocycline,tetracycline,penicillin G,oxacillin,gentamicin,spectinomycin,vancomycin,teicoplanin,cefoxitin and sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim)in 9 categories.A total of 107 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from 2 189 samples.The total separation rate was 4.89%,of which the separation rates at the farm,slaughterhouse and market were 2.98%,4.47%and 8.53%,respectively.Only 17 strains were methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,the detection rate was 15.89%.The detection rates of virulence genes sea,seb,sec,fnbA,fnbB,hla,hlb,clfa,pvl and tst were 8.41%,14.02%,22.43%,0.93%,26.17%,100%,59.81%,100%,2.80%,13.08%,respectively.The drug resistance rates of the strains are ampicillin,ciprofloxacin,norfloxacin,erythromycin,clarithromycin,minocycline,tetracycline,penicillin G,oxacillin,gentamicin,spectinomycin,vancomycin,teicoplanin,cefoxitin,and compound sulfamethoxazole tablets were 5.61%,35.51%,27.10%,71.96%,70.09%,13.08%,68.22%,98.13%,52.34%,15.89%,43.93%,71.03%,37.38%,3.74%,30.84%,respectively.In addition,87.85%of the strains showed multi-drug resistance,with up to 14 kinds of antibiotics resistant.The results showed that there were contamination of Staphylococcus aureus and Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus in cattle and sheep farms,slaughterhouses,and markets in Xinjiang.Among them,carcass swabs in the market were more seriously contaminated,and cow dung The Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus is seriously contaminated.Staphylococcus aureus mainly encodes two virulence genes,hla and clfa,and Staphylococcus aureus has the highest resistance rate to penicillin G.
