Prefabricated buildings have become an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of my country's construction industry due to the characteristics of less waste of resources,energy saving,environmental protection,high quality,and short construction period.Under the guidance and promotion of policies,the PC component market has continued to expand.The industrialized mass production of PC components is the core foundation for the construction of prefabricated buildings.The investment in the construction of PC component factories has shown a trend of capital accumulation and regional overcapacity.How to construct in a scientific and orderly manner has become a great challenge.It is necessary to not only meet the market demand under the urgent time node,but also avoid waste caused by excess investment.Reasonable site selection and planning of the PC component factory has become the key to increasing the scale development of prefabricated buildings.Based on the research of PC component factory location,this paper uses principal component analysis to analyze the location index system based on the theory of "diamond model",and uses GIS technology to accurately select the location of the PC component factory to select the PC component factory.Provide references and suggestions for site decision-making.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Establish an index system for PC component factory site selection.Analyzed the specificity of PC component factory location on policy dependence,site requirements and transportation conditions.Based on the relevant theories,combined with the "diamond model" from environmental factors,demand conditions,regional competition,related and supporting industries,and technological innovation As well as the six dimensions of policies and regulations,the site selection index system for PC component plants was constructed.Based on the existing research,the 6 first-level indicators were refined into 16 second-level indicators,and the second-level indicators were explained,analyzed and quantified for the follow-up The site selection research lays the foundation.(2)Establish a location model for PC component factory based on GIS technology.According to the differences of micro-environmental factors in specific areas,GIS technology is used to analyze the precise location of PC component factories.Import environmental factors into Arc GIS,use basic data and spatial analysis functions such as buffer analysis,and combine the weights of various indicators to analyze the areas suitable for the site selection of PC component plants,reduce the site selection range,and improve the accuracy of site selection.(3)Case study.In the preliminary selection stage,use principal component analysis to calculate the competitiveness and feasibility of constructing PC component factories in each district of Wuhan based on the data data of each region in Wuhan in the established location index system,and rank the regions based on the calculation results,And calculate the weight of the indicator system.In the selection stage,the environmental factor indicators are imported into Arc GIS for spatial analysis,and the weights obtained by the principal component analysis method are combined to select the final area to obtain the most optimal location area.The empirical evidence shows that the use of GIS technology has strong operability and applicability for PC component plant site selection,which provides a reference for the scientific decision-making of component plant site selection.
