With the decrease of surface mines and outcrop mines,the current mineral prospecting and target area selection work mostly focus on blind mines and difficult-to-identify deposits.Therefore,in the process of optimizing the target area and searching for deposits,the method of combining geography,material and chemical is an important prospecting method.The northern part of Zhangjiakou is a large area covered by grassland,making prospecting difficult.In recent years,geological prospecting units have discovered an area with good lead-zinc mineralization prospects in Beishacheng,Kangbao County,Zhangjiakou.It is estimated that the amount of lead-zinc metal can reach 140,000 tons,accompanied by silver-copper polymetallic.The 1:50,000 geochemical anomaly shows that there are three anomalies in the region that are similar to the geochemical anomaly of Beishacheng,and they all have certain mineralization potential.How to quickly and accurately evaluate the three geochemical anomalous mineral-bearing properties around Beisha City is the primary task of the next step of the exploration and selection work.This paper takes the geochemical prospecting anomaly in Beishacheng where the ore body has been discovered as an example.Through in-depth comprehensive research on the geological conditions and geochemical surveys of the anomaly,the mineralization elements and indicator elements are summarized in the water system sediments-soil-rocks.Based on the occurrence characteristics and element combination characteristics in the SPSS software,based on the element correlation analysis,cluster analysis,and factor analysis in the SPSS software,combined with the geological characteristics of the deposit,the mineralization law was summarized,and the Beishacheng lead-zinc deposit geology-earth Chemical prospecting model.Based on this,three geochemical anomalies with similar mineralization conditions in the surrounding area were quickly and efficiently evaluated.The results show that the West Wufutang anomaly is closest to the Beishacheng anomaly in terms of metallogenic geological conditions,anomalous element content,and combination characteristics,and should be the first choice for prospecting and exploration areas in the next step.
