Rhenium(Re)has high ferric and moderate cuprophile geochemical properties, and is an important dispersed element. It is widely used in chemical industry, artificial satellite, aerospace and other advanced industries, and has important strategic significance.Rhenium is very unevenly distributed in molybdenite and often exists in molybdenite in the form of isomorphism. The East Qinling Molybdenum ore belt is one of the regions with the highest molybdenum and metal production in China. This study selected the super-large Nannihu-Sandaozhuang deposit in Luanchuan ore concentration area as the research object, mainly through microscopic observation,LA-ICP-MS,backscattering experiment and other methods. The occurrence characteristics of molybdenite, trace molybdenite and geochemical characteristics of rare earth elements in the molybdenum deposit are summarized and analyzed. The rhenium content of molybdenite in different ore-forming stages was further determined. The results show that the rhenium content of molybdenite in Nannihu porphyry molybdenum deposit is easier to enrich than that of molybdenite in Sandaozhuang Skarn molybdenum deposit.Different physicochemical conditions and mineral assemblage affect the deposit; The ore-forming environment is a reduction environment, which is more conducive to rhenium precipitation and enrichment mechanism. The rhenium content is higher when the symbiotes with molybdenite are pyrite, galena, scheelite, orthoclase and plagioclase, while the rhenium content is lower when the symbiotes are garnet, pyrite, pyroxene and tremolite, etc.,without galena. This study further understands the occurrence state of rhenium in porphyry-skarn molybdenum polymetallic deposits, thus contributing to further reveal the mineral deposit significance of rhenium.
