As a model that combines fuzzy logic and neural network,fuzzy neural network is widely used in the analysis of various problems because it inherits the advantages of fuzzy systems that are easy to understand and express and the neural network that can approximate continuous nonlinear mapping as arbitrary precision.In this paper,the fuzzy neural network is used as an approximator model,combined with the ideas of adaptive control and sliding mode control,the problems of control and synchronization of several types of chaotic systems are studied.1)The tracking control problem of the single-input single-output chaotic system is studied.Using the fuzzy neural network model as the approximator of the controller,the parameter updating law is designed based on the adaptive gradient descent method,which makes the fuzzy neural network model asymptotically approximate the ideal controller.2)Based on the indirect adaptive control method,a controller for chaos system with multiple inputs and multiple outputs is designed.The fuzzy neural network is used to approximate unknown functions in the system and unknown parameters in the controller,and a sliding mode surface with integral term is constructed.Then,a tracking controller for multiple input multiple output chaotic systems is designed based on the sliding mode control method.3)The synchronization problem of two single-input single-output fractional-order chaotic systems is studied.The fuzzy neural network is used to approximate the unknown terms in the master system and the slave system,the switching parameters in the sliding mode controller.The controller is designed based on the sliding mode control method.The parameter updating law is designed based on the fractional order system stability theory.4)The synchronization problem of a class of multi-input and multi-output fractional-order chaotic systems is studied.The control design method for multi-input and multi-output chaotic systems of integer order is extended to fractional-order chaotic systems.Based on the definition of fractional calculus,the system controller and parameter update laws are designed.5)The design methods for the control and synchronization of the above integer-order and fractional-order chaotic systems are simulated by MATLAB software.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
