Since 2018,China's automobile market has undergone a phased transformation,with the sales of automobiles showing negative growth for the first time.China's automobile industry has been affected by the trade war between China and the United States,and the coexistence of idle resources and shortage of resources often exists.The market competition among manufacturing enterprises has turned into the competition among manufacturing supply chains for the rapid response ability to the market demand.China's automobile manufacturing industry has been challenged by the development of cloud computing,artificial intelligence,industrial Internet and other advanced technologies.But the development of manufacturing services and intelligence has been supported by technology.China's automobile supply chain system should make full use of advanced information technology and manufacturing mode,and fully absorb high-quality manufacturing resources in the society.The automobile supply chain should improve the utilization rate of resources by means of cooperation and mutual benefit,resource sharing and so on,so as to seize the opportunity in market competition.This dissertation applied the theory of cloud manufacturing and supply chain to automobile manufacturing industry.The resource sharing of each node in supply chain under cloud manufacturing mode was discussed.Firstly,this dissertation combined the operation mode of the previous automotive supply chain with the theory of cloud manufacturing.The operation mode and system framework of the cloud platform of automobile supply chain were constructed.Secondly,the evolutionary stability strategy was analyzed after the evolution model of both sides of the automotive supply chain game under the cloud platform was constructed.The results showed that{share resource,share resource} and {don't share resource,don't share resource} were evolutionary stable strategies.The final trend was determined by the position of the saddle point.Finally,the factors affecting evolutionary stability strategy were explored by constructing system dynamics model.Vensim PLE software was used to analyze the specific influence trend of the strategy choice behaviors of both sides in the game.The simulation shows that the initial resource sharing amount,platform management ability,resource cooperation ability,informatization,time benefit,trust and incentive coefficient are all positively correlated with the probability of resource sharing between both sides of the game.However,the risk cost of technology loss and the cost of access to cloud platform will prevent suppliers or manufacturers from sharing manufacturing resources.The conversion capacity coefficient of manufacturing resources and the penalty cost coefficient must be within a reasonable range to promote the sharing of manufacturing resources between both sides of the game.
