Wetlands are known as the"kidneys of the earth".In recent years, the state has paid more and more attention to wetland protection and research, and research on wetlands has also become a hotspot.Halophytes are an important part of the alpine wetlands in the Qaidam Basin.Maintaining the ecological security of the plateau area plays an indispensable role.In this study, sampling and correlation analysis were carried out in the Keluke Lake-Tuosu Lake Nature Reserve. The plant community is the research object to study the plant-soil carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus content and ecological stoichiometry in the reserve,in order to provide a basis for the ecological protection and restoration of the Keluke Lake-Tuosu Lake Wetland Nature Reserve. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The average C,N and P contents of halophyte leaves in the study area were377.25g·kg-1,21.53g·kg-1,1.50g·kg-1,respectively,the average contents of C,N and P in the stem were 383.36g·kg-1,10.35g·kg-1,1.12g·kg-1,respectively,the average contents of C,N and P in the roots were 415.54g·kg-1,12.29g·kg-1,1.43g·kg-1,respectively.The C content in the leaves and roots of the four halophytes was lower than that of the global terrestrial plants. The growth of Tamarix and Reed is mainly limited by N element, and the growth of two species of salt claw and white thorn is mainly limited by P element.Distribution and utilization vary.(2)The average values of soil SOC,TN and TP for the four halophytes in the study area were 14.73g·kg-1,0.94g·kg-1,and 1.36g·kg-1,respectively.The soil SOC,TN,and TP contents of different vegetation types in the study area were all in the order of Phragmites australis land>Kalidium foliatum land>Nitraria land>Tamarix chinensis land.In the Keluke Lake-Tuosu Lake Wetland Nature Reserve, soil moisture content and p H in different vegetation types are important environmental factors that affect soil C,N,P content and ecological stoichiometric characteristics.(3)Soil nitrogen content, water content and carbon content are the main factors affecting the stoichiometric characteristics of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in leaves;soil carbon content, water content, soil nitrogen content and total salt content are the main factors affecting the stoichiometric characteristics of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus in stems.Factors;total salt, water content and soil carbon content are the main factors affecting the stoichiometric characteristics of root carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus.
