Hydrogen energy is a kind of clean and renewable energy,which is rich in resources and contains a lot of energy per unit mass of hydrogen.It can be applied in a wide range of fields,and has been attached great importance by governments of various countries.At room temperature,hydrogen is a light gas,which is difficult to store and transport with the density and compactness required by industrial and consumer applications.Therefore,solving the problem of hydrogen energy storage and transportation is considered as a key step towards "hydrogen economy".In this master dissertation,a set of classification model is established by using comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the quality classification of fixed high pressure hydrogen storage vessel.First,according to the characteristics of high pressure hydrogen storage vessel and relevant standards,the quality influencing factors are selected and the evaluation index system is established.The primary index is divided into key factors,main factors and general factors,including 10 secondary indicators.Secondly,AHP and entropy weight method are used to calculate the combined weight and total weight of all levels of indicators,which provides the index weight basis for the establishment of classification model.The probability distribution of each index is established by using sample data and prior information,and the parameter estimation and test are carried out.The probability distribution of each index is obtained and numerical simulation is carried out.For the simulation vessel,the TOPSIS method is used to establish the comprehensive evaluation model and grade the evaluation results to get the corresponding level of each simulation vessel.The BP neural network model is fitted by the data after classification,and an effective classification model of high pressure hydrogen storage vessel is provided.Finally,the applicability and effectiveness of the model are verified by comparing the results of the established model with those of the general rules for quality classification of pressure vessels.The results show that the similarity between the comprehensive evaluation model and the general rule method is 75%.The comprehensive evaluation model takes into account more comprehensive factors than the general rule method,and gives the weight of the index as a reference factor of importance.The model is suitable and effective.
