Nowadays,with the rapid development of all walks of life in our country,the rapid development of many industries such as material industry and transportation industry is inseparable from the dependence on energy.As one of the most important energy sources today,oil has always played a very important role because of its non-renewable nature.But the current reality is that the reserves of oil fields are decreasing with the exploitation,and all countries are committed to finding new oil fields more quickly and efficiently,as well as finely developing existing oil resources.Seismo-electric logging is a research direction gradually developed under this background.It is based on acoustic logging while drilling technology,and the basic principle is that weak electromagnetic wave,seismo-electric signal,is excited by mechanical waves in fluid-containing pore media.Since this research direction was proposed,it has achieved fruitful results in various aspects such as theoretical research and experimental research,which has laid the foundation for the final design of seismoelectric logging tools and their use in actual logging.The focus of this thesis is to design a transceiver circuit system based on seismoelectric logging to prepare for the formation of the final seismo-electric logging tool.However,the development of the instrument is mainly faced with very weak seismoelectric signal and strong direct-coupled signal interference.For some difficulties,in order to better solve the problem,this system proposes innovative methods from the aspects of transmitting system,receiving system,software signal processing method,and experimental method.First of all,the transmitting part of this system revolves around two schemes of wideband signal transmission and narrowband signal transmission,and proposes and designs two sets of different transmitting circuit systems based on square wave pulse signal and Gaussian sinusoidal signal.Starting from the characteristics,a corresponding scheme is designed to further improve the efficiency of the launch system.Secondly,in terms of the receiving system,the system starts from two aspects: circuit design and software signal processing,and takes the improvement of the signal-to-noise ratio of weak seismo-electric signal as the core,different receiving antennas are designed for the two different transmitting signals of the transmitting system,and in order to further amplify the signal and filter out noise,the receiving circuit system is designed in both analog circuits and digital circuits,and finally the two types of transmission are completely realized.The signal corresponds to the process in which the generated seismoelectric signal is amplified,filtered,and converted from analog to digital to the digital domain,and then further processed and then transmitted to the host computer.The software part is to further improve the signal quality and convert it into intuitive information through algorithms.Finally,in the experiment part,based on the functional test of the transceiver system and the simulated wellbore experiment,the whole system is further improved,and the measurement of the rock porosity and fluid salinity to the seismo-electric signal and the generation of the overall full-wave image,etc.Some meaningful results have been achieved in this regard.
