Based on the previous research,the stability of the offshore waste collection platform was analyzed and studied,and the transverse and longitudinal stability of the hull was simulated in this paper.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the research background of this subject;briefly summarizes the existing marine waste salvage devices;expounds the importance of safety for ships and various offshore equipment;summarizes the research status of offshore waste salvage device and the existing ship stability.On this basis,the content and significance of this paper was gained according to the hull characteristics of the collection platform.Secondly,by means of the Maxsurf modeler advanced main module,NURBS curve was used to model and color the collection platform hull,and then the large angle transverse stability analysis of the collection platform hull was carried out in the Maxsurf stability advanced 64 bit module.The transverse stability of the hull under different wavelength length ratios was simulated and calculated,and the transverse stability curves of the hull under various sea conditions were obtained.Next,based on the three-dimensional linear potential flow theory,the seakeeping and longitudinal stability of the collection platform hull was studied in regular and irregular waves of different sea conditions.The response amplitude curve was obtained through AQWA software,and the conclusion was drawn that the longitudinal stability was in the wave facing state of level five sea conditions.Then,in order to solve the problem of longitudinal stability of the collection platform hull and find the corresponding countermeasures,the stabilizing fins was considered to be installed in the submerged part of the hull.After the adjustment effects of different stabilizing fins on longitudinal stability were analyzed,NACA shaped stabilizing fins was selected as the optimal shape of stabilizing fins.Finally,the installation position and installation angle of NACA shaped stabilizing fin,were analyzed,and the optimal installation parameters conducive to the longitudinal stability of the hull,were gained by the optimization method of Kring approximate model combined with NSGA-II multi-objective optimization algorithm,which lays a foundation for subsequent research of offshore waste collection platform.
