As an important rubber product,the transmission belt is widely used in the field of mechanical power transmission,and the transmission belt industry has now become one of the most important pillar industries to promote the development of the manufacturing industry.With the "14th Five-Year Plan",vigorously developing new materials and improving the level of industrial manufacturing,moving towards the horn to become a world-class industrial country,belt transmission has become an important mechanical transmission method,which also shows a strong prospect.This paper starts with the basic research method of finite element analysis,summarizes the basic analysis process of finite element,and explains the basic principles of finite element.Through further formula derivation instructions,the finite element method has fully considered the characteristics of the rubber material model in the study of the feasibility of the triangle belt finite element model,and has made theoretical analysis,which as a guiding role in the establishment of the triangular belt model.In this paper,the simulation model of the light V-belt of agricultural machinery is established by finite element software,and the tensioning process of the transmission belt is simulated and calculated.Stress contours and mechanical property curves of the model have been drawn.The effect of the reinforcing layer,wrapping cloth and curtaining layer on the tensioning process of the V-belt is studied that the different position of the reinforcing layer of the V-belt is optimized,and the performance of the V-belt is improved.The results show that: when the V-belt is wedged into the pulley,the compressed rubber will be deformed,and the upper half of the V-belt stretching rubber will be separated from the pulley,which will affect the wedging effect.After adding the reinforcing layer,the overall deformation of the V-belt will be decreased,the contact area between the V-belt and the pulley will be increased,and the wedging force will be increased.After adding the wrapping cloth and the curtaining layer,the lateral stiffness of the compressed rubber will be increased,the wedging depth of the V-belt will be decreased,and the deformation of the compressed rubber will be decreased.Different positions of the reinforcing layer will affect the positive pressure of the V-belt,the shear force between the V-belt and the wheel,and the shear force between the reinforcing layer and the stretching glue.With comprehensive consideration,it is advisable to choose about 7.0 mm in the height of the reinforcing layer.
