With the increasing number of people over the age of 60,China has entered a slightly aging country.It is expected that China will enter the ranks of severely aging countries in2050.With the growth of age,the physical function of the elderly continues to decline and is plagued by a variety of senile diseases.Their ability to take care of themselves becomes worse and worse,and even they are unable to take care of themselves.Their ability to move and express themselves also decreases.Among these elderly people,there are those who live alone without children or their children.Empty nesters are facing more difficulties,such as sudden cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and death caused by delaying medical treatment because they are unable to call emergency calls;At home,due to an accidental fall,there was no rescue for a long time,leading to the final death also occurred frequently.Empty nesters face a variety of health and life-threatening situations,which have been widely concerned by the society.It is of great social value to research and develop a practical and reliable home safety monitoring system to protect the empty nest elderly.Through preliminary research,this paper defines the three needs that empty nesters are most concerned about: indoor environment,personal safety and health.On this basis,it completes the design and implementation of the home safety system for empty nesters based on Zig Bee.In the sensing layer,Zig Bee technology with the advantages of low power consumption,low cost and low delay is adopted,which can ensure that the system can send data to the network layer in real time at the sampling frequency of 100 Hz.The accuracy of the combined acceleration threshold algorithm designed in this paper is 92%,which can ensure that the elderly can be rescued in time after falling,and avoid greater injury or death caused by rescue delay.The specially designed pressure sensor matrix is used to count the length of various sleep postures of the elderly every night,so as to help the elderly effectively improve their sleep postures and sleep quality.The data visualization design of the application layer adopts One Net,the cloud platform of China Mobile Internet,which can make the relatives or community staff of the empty nest elderly grasp their home conditions conveniently,quickly and stably.In the system test,after comparing the system test data with the measurement data of the standard instrument,the temperature error is less than 1 ?,the humidity error is less than 1.5xh%,the blood oxygen saturation deviation isą1%,the heart rate deviation isą3 times,and the fall determination accuracy is 90.5%,which shows that the system designed has high accuracy and can ensure the accuracy of the monitoring data.This paper comprehensively reflects the system research and development process through the preliminary research preparation,perception layer circuit design,driver design,fall determination algorithm research and application layer design and implementation.The work can provide reference for future research in related fields.
