Gas-solid two-phase flow phenomenon exists widely in industry,agriculture and other fields,and is closely linked with the development of today's society.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the measuring instrument of gas-solid two-phase flow parameters.When you actually make the model,if there is no theoretical support,it will lead to the actual model can not be used or the effect is not ideal.Because of the advantages of low production cost,strong adaptability and easy maintenance of the electrostatic sensor,this paper uses the electrostatic sensor for sensitivity simulation research and fluid velocity measurement.This paper analyzes the principle of electrostatic induction,this paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of electrostatic sensor.Using finite element simulation software of ring electrode electrostatic sensor Maxwell 2D and 3D modeling,electrostatic sensor of the electric field vector is obtained by a 2D model figure and cloud image,through the 3D model of annular metal electrode was discussed of electrically charged particles in the axial width,space position and insulating material transmission pipeline for circular electrostatic sensor sensitivity and the effect of axial and radial space in a certain range and then determine the best electrode width and insulation pipe materials.Aiming at the problem that the output charge signal of the electrostatic sensor satisfies the Gaussian distribution,the non-parametric kernel density estimation method combined with R software is introduced,and the fitting figure is obtained by using the simulation data samples,and the goodness of fit is used to judge the merits and demerits of the fitting,which theoretically gives the conjecture that the electrostatic charge signal satisfies the Gaussian distribution.The requirements for the design and construction of the electrostatic sensor experimental system are put forward.The designed experimental system includes an electrostatic sensor module,a power supply module,a signal processing circuit module and a signal acquisition and display module.Then a detailed introduction of signal conversion circuit,dc regulated power supply,NI acquisition card and the Lab VIEW software is briefly introduced,through the electrostatic sensor experiment system for different annular metal electrode width and different size of small particles to the influence of the voltage output signal,and then the cross-correlation method is used for solid ball grain velocity measurement.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of the experimental system are proved by analyzing and judging the experimental results of each item.
