Assembly line balancing problem is a very important research topic in the manufacturing field,the balance or not will directly to the enterprise's production efficiency,production cost and market competitiveness have a huge impact.Compared with the traditional straight assembly line,U-shaped assembly line balance problem not only exists,and relates to a more flexible assembly line process operation,the balance is more complex.But at home and abroad for the theory system of U-shaped assembly line balancing problem is still not perfect,mainly limited to the optimization of a single index to measure the assembly line balance optimization.Therefore,it has good theoretical and practical value for the research of U-shaped assembly line balancing problem.The U-shaped assembly line as the research object,the establishment of assembly line balancing rate and exponential smoothing optimization objective function of new type single U-shaped assembly line balance model,design hybrid chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the proposed U-shaped assembly line balance model,and combined with the actual improvement projects for validation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)in the basic theory of the U-shaped assembly line,on the basis of the technical concepts and methods of lean production,assembly line construction of U-shaped multidimensional support system.(2)analysis based on traditional U-shaped assembly line balancing type,the measure of the assembly line whether the number of indexes on the optimization of the fusion optimization to establish to install line balancing rate and exponential smoothing optimization objective function of new type single U-shaped assembly line balance model,by the fusion of the optimization of thinking to solve the U-shaped assembly line balancing problem.(3)analysis comparison to solve U-shaped assembly line balancing problem of various algorithms,in the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm based on introducing simulated annealing algorithm and chaos theory,design phase fusion hybrid chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm;and use hybrid chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve a U-shaped assembly line balance model.(4)the design of the U-shaped assembly line balancing model and hybrid chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm,applied to a company assembly line to improve the example,better to improve the efficiency of the assembly line of the enterprise,and verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
