Phosphate rock is widely used in various fields as the basis of industrial raw materials,which has an irreplaceable role in the development of national economy.About 80%of China's phosphorus resource is rich in gangue mineral phosphate rock,in which the content of Mg O is 1%?7%.The Mg O impurities have a great influence on the downstream production of phosphorus chemical industry,so the removal of Mg O from phosphate rock is one of the key in the selection of phosphate rock.This article describes the new collector WF-04 effect on a high calcium magnesium phosphate which contains 6.57%of Mg O,and for the subsequent processing of such minerals provides a reference example.Firstly,the technological mineralogy of ore property is used for the preliminary study on the Ore properties,to make clear a phosphate is high calcium magnesium phosphate.Then using the single factor variable principle,the relationship between the grinding time and fineness,the reagent system,the conditions of the flotation process and the effect of the flotation process were studied,and the optimum technological conditions were determined.Finally,the adsorption capacity and Zeta potential of the infrared spectrum were used to explore the mechanism of action.After the study to determine the open circuit roughing sweeping single reverse flotation process,the ore(P2O5:25.68%,Mg O:6.57%)flotation to the concentrate grade of P2O5,recovery rate,the Mg O content of:36.18%,87.91%and 0.99%respectively,middling grade of P2O5,P2O5 recovery rate,Mg O content were28.96%,8.28%and 4.75,grade of P2O5 in tailings was 3.41%and P2O5 reached92.66%excellent indicators,and the amount of WF-04 is only 0.65kg/t.The preliminary investigation showed that:Between WF-04 and dolomite is mainly physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.The adsorption amount of WF-04 on apatite and dolomite was the largest and the selectivity was best when p H was 4.5?5.In phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid respectively inhibitor phosphate sulfate than more with the mineral surface of Ca2+?Mg2+formed stable binding.Under the same p H can obtain greater zeta potential difference,the capture agent can get more excellent selectivity.WF-04 as a new type of high efficient reverse flotation of phosphate rock,it has advantages.such as good low temperature resistance,less dosage,collecting and selecting ability on high calcium magnesium phosphate...
