| Sunflower seed,as the fruit and seed of herbaceous sunflower, processed especially content of oil rich in unsaturated fatty acid, which has a unique function of health care function. This article will take the sunflower seeds as raw material and adopt the method of water and salt solution auxiliary agent method to study the extraction process of sunflower seed oil,and fatty acid composition,physical-chemical properties,in order to offer certain references for the extensive utilization in sunflower seeds. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained by the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment method. The optimum extraction conditions about aqueous extraction of sunflower oil were p H 9,solid-liquid ratio 1:10,extraction temperature 70 ℃,extraction time,5 h,the average extraction yield was 18.59%.The optimum extraction conditions about salt effecting assisted-aqueous extraction were 1.6 mol/L sodium carbonate concentration,solid-liquid ratio 1:10,temperature 65 ℃,time 3 h,the oil yield of 37.65%.On the basis of verification test, the results were reliable and applicable.Water, salt effect of auxiliary agent for extraction and soxhlet extraction of sunflower seed oil by GC analysis results show that the fatty acid composition is relatively close, indicates that water, salt effect of auxiliary agent for extraction process of sunflower oil without damage to its fatty acid composition.Through analyzing sunflower oil physical and chemical indicators show that test the sunflower oil transparent clear, pale yellow, with unique fresh scent, and the acid value, peroxide value and other indicators are in line with the GB 2716-2005)(edible vegetable oil health standards.Salt effect auxiliary agent method although withdrawal rate lower than that of soxhlet extraction method, but higher than that of water method, and compared with both a short time-consuming,lower energy consumption, the advantages with no organic solvent residue.Hence salt effect assisted-aqueous extraction of sunflower seed oil is a kind of effective oil extraction method. |
