In this paper,three polyamides containing 8-hydroxyquinoline(P7~P9)and nine bis-8-hydroxyquinoline ligands(bis-HQ-1~bis-HQ-9)were obtained by multi-step reaction.They are reactive with zinc acetate and aluminum chloride to obtain six kinds of polyamides containing 8-hydroxyquinoline Zn(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ)complexes(P7-Zn~P9-Zn and P7-Al~P9-Al)and 18 kinds of bis-8-hydroxyquinoline Zn(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ)coordination polymer(P10-Zn~P18-Zn and P10-Al~P18-Al).Their structures and properties were characterized by elemental analysis,ICP,FT-IR,UV-vis,1H NMR,GPC,TG,DSC and fluorescence spectroscopy.The weight average molecular weight(Mw)of the polyamides P7~P9 are 38990~60650g/mol,the PDI are 1.36~2.06.P7~P9 are easily soluble in organic solvents such as DMF,DMAC,DMSO and NMP.P7-Zn~P9-Zn and P7-Al~P9-Al can be partially dissolved in DMF,DMAC,DMSO and NMP.P10-Zn~P18-Zn and P10-Al~P15-Al are partially soluble in DMF,DMAC,DMSO,NMP.P16-Al~P18-Al are soluble in DMF,DMAC,DMSO and NMP.The5%weight loss temperatures(T5%)of P7~P9 were 260.1~264.2°C,the T5%of P7-Zn~P9-Zn and P7-Al~P9-Al are between 306.6~328.1°C,the T5%of P10-Zn~P18-Zn and P10-Al~P15-Al are between 259.2~316.3°C.The glass transition temperatures(Tg)of P7~P9are 144.3~108.2°C.The Tgof the six kinds of polyamides Zn(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ)complexes and eighteen kinds of bis-8-hydroxyquinoline Zn(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ)coordination polymers are all higher than 200°C.P7~P9 of the DMF solutions(5×10-5mol/L)emit blue-violet fluorescence at458~457 nm.P7-Zn~P9-Zn and P10-Zn~P18-Zn of the DMF solution(5×10-5mol/L)emits strong yellow-green fluorescence between 501~513 nm,their the solids emits strong yellow-green fluorescence are emitted between 527~540 nm.P7-Al~P9-Al and P10-Al~P15-Al of the DMF solution(5×10-5mol/L)in emits strong yellow-green fluorescence between 486~497 nm,the solids emits strong yellow-green fluorescence are emitted between513~533 nm.The fluorescence quantum yields(Φf)of P7~P9 were respectively 6.3%~8.5%,theΦfof the P7-Zn~P9-Zn and P10-Zn~P18-Zn are between 22.4%~33.5%,theΦfof the P7-Al~P9-Al and P10-Al~P15-Al were between 23.6%~33.8%,respectively.Successful synthesis of this paper three new polyamides containing 8-hydroxyquinoline,nine new bis-8-hydroxyquinoline ligands,six kinds of polyamides Zn(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ)complexes and 18 kinds of bis-8-hydroxyquinoline Zn(Ⅱ),Al(Ⅲ)coordination polymers were synthesized.The results showed that they all have good solubility,good thermal stability and fluorescence performance,it have potential application value in the field of photoelectric functional polymer materials.
