With the rapid development of the modern steel industry,overcapacity,the requirements for the stability of the quality of thick plate products are increasing.In addition,the actual rolling process in the production line of heavy plates In the process,due to fluctuations in the process conditions such as steel plate size,temperature and equipment conditions,there are certain fluctuations in the rolling pass of different teams when rolling the same steel grade and specification thick plate products.Due to changes in the rolling schedule,not only the stability of the production is affected,but also the decline in the quality and performance stability of the final product directly affects the use of the product.According to the continuity of the process data accumulated by the thick plate unit and the characteristics of strong coupling,using the idea of data mining,through the data acquisition,pretreatment and visual analysis of the thick plate rolling production process,the thick plate rolling of different specifications was studied.The main process factors affecting the number of slab rolling passes are determined by the reasons of the fluctuation of the pass,and two algorithms in the decision tree algorithm are proposed:CHAID algorithm and CRT algorithm for analysis and research,respectively,to establish the pass model of the thick plate finishing rolling stage.The new method,by evaluating and analyzing the pros and cons of the two algorithms,determines the application of CHAID algorithm to analyze and apply the data.The method uses data visualization and data mining to analyze and mine the original rolling process data set in the thick plate finishing stage to establish the adaptation standard.The data model of the finishing rolling pass of the thick plate rolling mill realizes the standardization of the rolling pass times of the thick plate finishing rolling process,and provides the recommended value for the limiting parameters of the thick plate finishing rolling process,thereby solving the thick plate rolling production.Stable product quality,mill operation safety and other issues.
