In recent years,China's defense industry and manufacturing industry are in the stage of continuous development.The requirements for steel quality are increasing.Taking an iron concentrate with a TFE grade of 66.72%in Hebei as the research object,the ultra-pure iron concentrate sorting process and parameter optimization test were carried out;the mechanism of magnetic field strength on the reverse flotation of magnetite was explored;the iron minerals in the reduction process were explored.The evolution of phase composition and microstructure and the optimization of process parameters.The test results show that the ordinary iron concentrate can increase the recovery rate by grinding-magnetic separation-re-grinding-magnetic flotation and the grade of iron concentrate of TFe is 72.21%.The recovery rate is 84.42%.The Si O2 content is 0.17%,and the Al2O3 content is 0.11%.Pure iron concentrate,and directly reduced at 120?,H2 concentration of 70%for 120min,to obtain high-quality iron powder with a metallization rate of 92.58%;magnetic flotation compared with traditional flotation when obtaining similar grade concentrate,saving 1 segment In the sweeping operation,the amount of collector is reduced by 20g/t,and the recovery rate is increased by 13.80%.The increase of magnetic flotation magnetic field strength can promote the ionization reaction in the slurry,which leads to the increase of the conductivity of the slurry and the adsorption of etheramine on the mineral surface.Under the interaction of magnetic field,the contact angle of mineral surface is obviously reduced and the floatability is worsened with the increasing of magnetic field strength,and the difference in floatability between quartz and magnetite is increased.H2 directly reduction of Fe3O4 is an endothermic reaction.The increase of temperature increases the utilization rate of H2 and the equilibrium concentration decreases,which is beneficial to the progress of the reduction reaction.The reaction belongs to a typical gas-solid reaction and gradually reacts from the outside to the inside,which is consistent with the unreacted nuclear model.Ordinary iron concentrates are prepared by magnetic flotation technology to prepare ultra-pure iron concentrates,which provide raw materials,and provide theoretical basis and feasibility reference for magneto-floating in the field of magnetite mineral separation.Figure49;Table13;Reference 84...
