The vertical die casting machine for lead electrolysis anode is a part of the complete set of equipment for lead electrolysis,which completes the casting of anode plate in the production of lead electrolysis.In the process of electrolytic refining of lead,the quality of anode plate has a significant influence on the current efficiency and anode residual rate in lead production.In this paper,the control accuracy of production equipment is studied,so that the casting accuracy can be improved,the casting size and quality accuracy of anode plate products can be improved,and then the products can be further optimized,laying the foundation for the production of higher purity of fine lead.With the gradual increase of the overall product quality requirements of China's lead industry,it is of great practical significance to research and develop high-precision automatic production equipment which can produce high-quality anode plates.In this paper,according to the actual needs,on the basis of the existing production equipment,the control accuracy will be increased by more than 1%,so that the size and weight accuracy of the anode plate products can be improved to the project requirements.In this paper,the production process of lead electrolysis is introduced firstly,the production equipment of anode plate at home and abroad are investigated and studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of each set of equipment are analyzed.The electrohydraulic proportional control technology used in the equipment is analyzed and introduced.In view of the higher requirements of system control,the mechanical and hydraulic system design of the new type anode plate production equipment is carried out in this paper.The function of each component of the equipment and the sketch of mechanical structure design are illustrated and displayed.The hydraulic system design of the equipment is explained.The key hydraulic components are selected through mathematical calculation,which provides theoretical support for the design of new equipment.This paper establishes the mathematical model of equipment control system,confirms the corresponding parameters of the model according to experiment,calculation and experience,draws the Bode diagram of the system by MATLAB software,and proves the stability of the control system.In order to increase the bandwidth,the system is corrected by PID.While maintaining the stability of the system,the system performance is further optimized.After the completion of the design work,this paper uses AMESim software to simulate the hydraulic system of the equipment.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the hydraulic system designed in this paper can fully meet the design requirements.On the basis of the existing casting equipment in China,the control accuracy has been improved by one percent,and the design purpose has been achieved.With the help of AMESim software,the method of further improving control accuracy is assumed and realized by simulation.The future development of this industry has been prospectively analyzed.Finally,a positioning accuracy detection device consisting of NI USB-6009 data acquisition card,photoelectric encoder and PC is established in this paper.The positioning accuracy of casting system is collected at the production site,and the collected data are sorted out.The results show that the new type of anode plate production equipment can successfully complete the production work,and the product accuracy is improved by not less than one percentage point.
