Nonwovens with fabric properties,short production processes and lower production costs and other characteristics are widely used in production and life,the use of global nonwovens in the annual rate of 8.3% growth.However,with the increasing demand for nonwovens,as well as the fierce market competition environment,enterprises must further improve the production efficiency of nonwovens to meet market demand.Improving the speed of the needle-loom is an important part of improving the production efficiency of nonwovens.The speed of the needle-loom continues to improve,its vibration noise problem is particularly prominent,the needle-loom working speed in 1300r/min,noise up to 102.2d B(A),far more than the national standard value of 94 d B(A).Vibration noise over the General Assembly to aggravate machine wear,affect the accuracy of work,shorten the life of the machine,but also affect the physical and mental health of workers.Therefore,the vibration noise problem of the needle-loom needs to be solved urgently.In this paper,the vibration noise of the needle-loom is analyzed by means of theoretical analysis and test test,and the control scheme of the vibration noise of the needle-loom is put forward in connection with the engineering practice,and the test and verification are carried out.Firstly,this paper analyzes the structure,working principle and production process of the needle-loom,grasps the structure and performance characteristics of the needle-loom,and lays a foundation for the identification of vibration and noise source of the needle-loom,the analysis of vibration noise and the improvement of structure.Secondly,the main noise source of the needle-loom is identified by step operation method and covering method,and it is concluded that the vibration of acupuncture mechanism is the main noise source of the needle-loom,in particular,through the measurement and coherent analysis of the vibration and noise of various parts of acupuncture mechanism,it is found that the gear rack used in acupuncture mechanism,The vibration noise of the connecting frame is especially obvious with the rolling bearings of the connecting rod and rocker arm respectively.In addition,the sheet metal structure of the needle chassis and the poor connection of the rack are also a reason for the noise generated by the needle-loom.Then,the structure of the main noise source of the acupuncture mechanism is improved,and the steel rack on the guide mechanism is changed to nylon rack with large damping value,which can reduce the impact noise of the gear rack by 3.1d B(A),and the two rolling bearings on the connecting frame are changed to nylon bushings with large damping value.The noise of the connecting frame with the connecting rod and the rocker arm can be reduced by 4d B(A);Improving the connection mode of the needle chassis can also reduce the vibration noise 1.5d B(A),in addition to the main noise source-acupuncture mechanism to take sound insulation measures can reduce noise 10.1d B(A).The research results in this paper can effectively reduce the vibration noise of the needle-loom,and make the noise sound pressure level meet the national spinning machine standard FZ/T 93047-2011.
