Water injection development has become the most important development method for stable production and enhanced oil recovery in Tahe reservoirs.With the advancement of water injection development in the Tahe reservoir,the injection-production well group usually has obvious dominant channels.The injection water is easy to break through along the dominant channel,resulting in limited water flooding and water injection effect.It is urgent to carry out research on water flooding and synergy technology,adjust the flow pattern of water injection,and improve the development effect of unit water flooding.On the basis of fully investigating the water injection development of carbonate reservoirs,the working mechanism of flow regulating agent of field application,firstly,relevant fractures of different scales are extracted according to the site conditions.The model is based on the visual material to make the corresponding experimental scale fracture geometric model;the fracture geometric model is connected to the flat fracture simulation experimental device,and the related experimental research is carried out with the fluid system used in the field,collect the experimental process.The flow characteristic image is used to analyze the particle flow law according to the flow characteristics in the image;it is better to carry out the flow regulating agent system under different scale fractures,and simultaneously change the parameters of thickening liquid,particles and pre-expansion system;based on solid-liquid multiphase flow theory Analyze the flow law of the flow regulating agent system in the fracture,and carry out experimental and theoretical research on the design method of slug combination and slug dosage,and finally optimize the optimal injection parameters of the system.Through the experiment of the transporting agent particle transport behavior in the fracture of the flat plate,the influence of fluid(particle)density,fluid viscosity and fluid velocity on the transport of the flow regulating agent particles is revealed.The flow regulating agent bed will continue to decrease with the progress of the flushing process,but it is large.The plugging agent bed formed by particle packing has a plugging effect,based on fluid dynamics theory,a computational fluid dynamics model for simulating the transport and sedimentation of flow-regulating agent particles in fractures is established.The model uses the continuum theory to solve the fluid field in Euler coordinates and solves the Lagrangian method with the discrete phase model.The law of particle motion in daily coordinates;the calculation of particle migration in large-scale fractures,the relationship between particle migration distance and settlement height is extracted,and the particle settlement distance template under different influencing factors is established.It can be used directly to calculate the distance of particle sedimentation in engineering.
