| Blueberry has high nutritional value and good healthcare function.Blueberry has been vigorously promoted in Tianjin. The planting area has reached more than 3.3km2 in the past three years. As blueberries gradually enter the fruiting period, fruit preservation is very important. In this study,8 varieties of blueberries(‘Bluecrop’,‘Bluegold’,‘Berkeley’,‘Brigitta’,‘Reka’,‘Northland’,’O’Neal’,’Legacy’)cultivated in the greenhouse of Tianjin were used as materials. The fruits were stored at different temperatures at normal atmospheric temperature,10℃,4℃,0℃,-1℃ and Silicon window modified atmosphere packaging for 8 to 70 days, and 9 indexes(weight loss rate, marketable fruit rate, degree of hardness,SSC content, soluble suguar,Vitamin C,content of total phenol, content of flavonoid, anthocyanidin content)of fruit were analyzed. The results are as follows:1.The comparison of 8 blueberry varieties under different temperature storage conditions showed that:At normal atmospheric temperature, the best storage property of eight blueberry varieties was ‘Brigitta’,followed by‘Bluegold’,‘Reka’,’Legacy’,‘Northland’,’O’Neal’,‘Bluecrop’ and ’ Berkeley’.At 10℃ storage condition, the best storage property of eight blueberry varieties was ‘Brigitta’,followed by‘Bluegold’,’Legacy’,‘Northland’,‘Reka’,‘Bluecrop’,’O’Neal’,and ’ Berkeley’.At 4℃ storage condition, the best storage property of eight blueberry varieties was ‘Brigitta’,followed by ‘Bluegold’,’Legacy’,‘Bluecrop’,‘Reka’,’O’Neal’,‘Northland’and ’ Berkeley’.At 0℃ storage condition, the best storage property of eight blueberry varieties was ‘Brigitta’,followed by ‘Bluegold’,‘Northland’,‘Bluecrop’,’Legacy’,‘Reka’,’O’Neal’ and ’ Berkeley’.At-1℃ storage condition, the best storage property of eight blueberry varieties was‘Brigitta’,followed by ‘Bluegold’,‘Northland’,‘Bluecrop’,’Legacy’,‘Reka’,’O’Neal’ and ’ Berkeley’.2.At normal atmospheric temperature,10℃,4℃,0℃,-1℃and 5℃,the lowest weight loss rate, the marketable fruit rate and the best quality of blueberries stored at-1 ℃ were the best.At the condition of-1℃ storage, the Silicon window modified atmosphere packaging of blueberry could make the fruit weight loss, the consumption rate of SSC content, soluble suguar conten,Vitamin C content, content of total phenol, content of flavonoid, anthocyanidin content reduced, and make the marketable fruit rate increased.Silicon window modified atmosphere packaging of blueberry could make the accumulation rate of SSC content, content of total phenol and content of flavonoid reduced at early storage during storage.3.The storage effect of-1℃ combined with silicon window modified atmosphere packaging is better than that of control group. The reason was that the storage of silicon window can slow down the weight loss of fruit and decrease the quality of fruit, and increase the marketable fruit rate of fruit. The consumption of soluble solid, soluble sugar,Vc,total phenol, flavonoids and anthocyanins could be stabilized at a lower level, and the degradation rate of soluble solid, total phenol and flavonoids in the early storage of fruit was slowed down.At the condition of-1℃ storage, the correlation between the individual storage indexes of the fruit and the comprehensive membership index of the subordinate function was the anthocyanin, and the correlation coefficient was 0.792.Followed by soluble solids and total phenols, the correlation coefficients were 0.697 and 0.633.The Soluble sugar,Vc and flavonoids were not highly correlated with the results of comprehensive analysis.5.The best storage property of blueberry varieties is ‘Brigitta’and ‘Bluegold’.Followed by’Legacy’,‘Northland’,‘Reka’ and ‘Bluecrop’,’O’Neal’ and ’ Berkeley’are the worst.Analysis from the fruit ripening stage showed that the late-maturing varieties(‘Brigitta’)of the 8 varieties in the experiment were the most resistant to storage,middle-maturing and middle-late-maturing varieties were middle(‘Northland’ and ‘Reka’ were early-mid-maturing varieties and ’Legacy’,‘Bluecrop’ and ‘Bluegold’ are late-mid-maturing varieties). The early-maturing varieties are the worst(O’Neill and Berkeley are early-maturing varieties). |
