The materials of structure color have properties such as non-fading color,high brightness,high saturation,polarization effect,rainbow effect and so on.It has wide application prospects in the fields of anti-counterfeiting,printing,textile,military,sensing and decoration.In the field of printing,due to the unique characteristics of structural coloring materials that cannot be imitated by traditional coloring materials such as pigments and dyes,the research on structural color has attracted much attention of researchers in recent years,especially for the structural coloring materials with magnetic regulatory functions.In this paper,the preparation,assembly,physical properties and color properties of magnetron functional colloids are studied.Fe3O4 nanoparticles with specific morphology and size are prepared by the high-temperature hydrolysis method and modified with silicon by Stober method.Finally,Fe3O4@SiO2 nanocomposite particles of magnetically controlled functional colloid composite materials are obtained.In addition,the repetitive preparation of magnetron functional colloids is studied under certain process conditions,and samples consistency detection and evaluation method for magnetic colloidal crystals is proposed,which could analyze and evaluate the physical and color performance of the magnetron functional colloids.The assembly molding of magnetically controlled functional colloid based on "emulsion drop" and "light curing" mechanism are also discussed.The colloid materials with physical and color performance indexes within the range of standard parameters are selected for the experimental study of "emulsion droplet" and "light curing"magnetically controlled colloids assembly molding.The prepared colloidal materials can achieve the goal of solid color,and the properties of the assembled products are characterized.The prepared magnetron functional colloids have the characteristics of stable structure,good dispersion,specific size and morphology,uniform particle size distribution,high crystallinity,high water solubility,superparamagnetism and excellent chromaticity.The consistency detection and evaluation method determines the performance of the products and solves the problem of repetitive preparation through macroscopic and microscopic detection of magnetically controlled functional colloid.It is very important for the further research and development of functional colloidal crystal materials and provides a reliable condition for the research of assembly molding.The "emulsion drops" assembled colloidal materials have good diffraction characteristics,stability,superparamagnetic properties,and its silicone films have good tensile properties.In contrast,the properties of "light curing" assembled materials are slightly worse.The colloidal products prepared in this paper are expected to be widely used in color display,printing ink,coating,anti-counterfeiting and other fields.
