The aksu fuji apple as a dominant cultivar in Xinjiang,good fruit shape,bright color,juicy,sweet and so on,Its unique sugar heart apple is also known both at home and abroad.After harvesting,Aksu Fuji apples are usually shipped to various sales areas.Less storage,the economic benefits brought by the lower,suppressed the development of the apple industry in Xinjiang.The harvesting period is an important factor affecting the postharvest storage and sales of apples,1-MCP is a highly effective fruits preservative,There has been no report on the preservation effects of Aksu Sugar Apple.In this paper,we studied the effects of different harvesting periods on the storage quality of Aksu sugar apple,using 1-MCP to Fumigate Fruits in Different Harvest Periods,study the effects of 1-MCP preservation,as well as changes in fruit sugar metabolism during storage,it is hoped that the optimal harvest period will be determined for Aksu and its main producing areas with similar climatic conditions,provide theoretical basis for the preservation effects of 1-MCP,the effects of harvesting time and 1-MCP treatment on changes in the status of fruit icing sugar were explored,provide theoretical basis for production.The main findings are as follows:1.The suitable harvest period is early November,at this time,the pulp hardness is 9.50 kg/cm2,soluble solids contents are 16.5%,the titratable acid contents were 0.37%.after 150 days storage,the flesh hardness decreased by 11.38%,soluble solids decreased by 11.09%,the titratable acid contents decreased by 45.95%,the ratio of sugar to acid reached 97.8,strong sweetness,excellent fruit quality,good taste.2.Treatment with 1.0 u L/L of 1-MCP inhibited the decline of fruit quality of Aksu Fuji apple under low temperature storage,the long-term storage of apples should use the fruit harvested on or about November1st,the fruit of the control group was stored for 150 days and the meat hardness was,SSC,TA contents decreased 0.71 kg/cm2,1.83%,0.22%respectively,compared with the CK group,the fruit in the treated group decreased by 0.84 kg/cm2,1.71%,and 0.06%respectively;The fruit harvested at the end of October can be selected at about 90 days during storage and treated with 1-MCP,after 90 days of storage,the fruit firmness in the treatment group was 0.66 kg/cm2higher than that in the control group,SSC were 0.66%higher than the control group,TA contents were higher than 0.15%in the control group,the difference in the performance of 1-MCP during fruit storage at different maturity levels,according to the demand for storage time,fruits of different maturity can be selected.3.The incidence of fruit glycogen increases with increasing fruit maturity when the fruit was harvested,the sugar heart of the fruit gradually disappears during storage at a low temperature,the fruit of the control group began to decline rapidly after storage for 30 days,however,the incidence of glycogen in the fruit treated with 1-MCP began to decrease significantly after 60 days of storage,and the use of 1-MCP treatment of fruit can delay the disappearance of 30 days.No browning phenomenon that could affects fruit sales were found in the fruit of the treatment group during storage,it shows that Aksu Fuji apple has high fruit quality,suitable storage.4.The conditions for the determination of soluble sugars by the determination of soluble sugars are:Athena NH2,(120A,4.6×250 mm,3 um)column and guard column,column temperature 40℃,Mobile phase is acetonitrile:water=75:25,(v/v),flow rate 1.00 m L/min,injection volume 20 u L,detector for refractive index detector.Through the process of storage of fruit cane sugar,glucose,determination of fructose and sorbitol contents,and determination of enzyme activities related to carbohydrate metabolism,the effects of 1-MCP treatment on soluble sugar contents during storage were found to be significant,the regulation of the activity of SPS,SDH,AI,NI,SS-C,SS-S enzymes were obvious,disappearance of fruit sugar core was mainly regulated by sorbitol metabolism and sucrose metabolism,further indication,fruit soluble sugar as energy and substrate for metabolism of respiratory depletion,1-MCP as an ethylene receptor inhibitor regulates the activity of glucose metabolism-related enzymes,therefore,the process of fruit sugar metabolism was delayed to achieve the effects of delaying the decline of fruit quality.
