Study On The Risk Analysis And The Prevention And Control Strategy Of The Ship’s Navigation In The Far East To The Middle East

Maritime navigation once had a brilliant history in our country.Zheng he’s seven voyages to the West reflected the wisdom of our navigators at that time and laid the foundation for our country’s status as a navigational power at that time.However,with the latter locking up the country,the promulgation of the no-sea order also foreshadowed the decline of the great navigation era of our country,and entered the humiliating era of having the right to the sea.After the founding of the people’s Republic of China,it adhered to the principle of technological innovation and strengthening the sea and powerful countries.China has gradually become a navigational power in the world.At the same time,with the continuous development of shipping industry and navigation technology,the types of ships are becoming more and more diversified.Large containers,large oil tankers,large bulk carriers,large LPG carriers and other large country heavy vessels have appeared.Ship maneuvering has gradually realized automation and digitization,and is gradually developing to driverless.However,with the increase of the number of ships in various countries,the international navigation density of the main sea areas is also increasing.The continuous expansion of ship cargo transport and passenger transport has greatly improved the efficiency of ship transportation.While creating higher economic benefits,it also puts forward higher technical standards for the navigation safety of ships and the prevention and control of risks.Based on this:1.In the course of discussion,this paper puts forward the method of ship navigation safety risk assessment,uses AHP,entropy weight method and expert scoring method,uses AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to establish an evaluation index system of ship normal navigation safety accident risk pricing,and then,based on the principle of vector entropy weight method,clarifies the judgment weight of ship evaluation index,and finally confirms the grade of ship navigation safety risk,the ship navigation risk assessment model is established.2.Taking the route from the far East to the Middle East as an example,this paper analyzes the hydrometeorology of the route,using the above evaluation model,the risk level of the route is obtained.Formulates the ship navigation safety risk prevention and control strategy from the four dimensions of laws and regulations,navigation technology,safety protection and scheduling management,discusses the risks that the ship may encounter in the navigation of the route,introduced the navigation methods of the Singapore and Malacca strait.It can be used for reference for ships sailing from the far east to the middle east.
