| With the development of social economy,people pay more and more attention to work fatigue in enterprises.It is particularly important to reduce the work fatigue during production.China’s chain saw industry has not yet reached full automation,and employees can only rely on simple tooling to operate.Due to the existence of a large number of manual work,excessive work fatigue will lead to occupational diseases,which are irreparable losses to enterprises and employees.Therefore,the paper takes the productive work fatigue degree of the chain saw assembly line as the breakthrough point,and analyzes the improvement of the chain saw assembly line,so as to reduce the work fatigue degree of workers and finally improve the quick response ability of chain saw enterprises to the changing trends of the product market and labor market.Based on the current situation of T product assembly line and the theory of industrial engineering,this paper establishes a quantitative model of work fatigue and makes quantitative analysis to obtain the fatigue degree of each work unit.Through the analysis of the assembly process of chain saw,the key work stations were improved.Combining with the assembly line optimization goal,a T product assembly line equilibrium model based on job fatigue is established,and the job fatigue smoothness index is introduced to reflect the degree of job fatigue equilibrium.The assembly line C based on job time balance and the assembly line D based on job fatigue balance are obtained by optimizing with different objectives based on genetic algorithm.Based on the cost comparison caused by work fatigue.In contrast,assembly line D is selected as the final improvement result.Finally,the following effects were achieved:the production beat was reduced from 40s to 35.55s;The assembly line balancing rate increased from 81.34%to 87.87%.The work load was reduced from 8.59 to 5.46.The maximum working fatigue decreased from 82.56 to 63.5.The smoothness index of work fatigue decreased from 25 to 9.87.Finally,it is analyzed and verified by Flexsim simulation software.Through the implementation of the scheme,the fatigue degree of the station is reduced,and the theoretical fatigue degree value of the maximum fatigue station is reduced to 63.5.Employees in less fatigued work stations can give better play to their enthusiasm,improve product quality,reduce operator errors and reduce the risk of artificial occupational diseases. |
