The dissimilar metal composite plate is a combination of different kinds of metal materials by certain methods. Its characteristics are not only the comprehensive physical properties and processing properties that the matrix does not have, but also can greatly save precious metal materials or alloy elements under the equivalent effect, thus greatly reducing the cost and saving resources. In the actual production, due to the layered composite characteristics of heterogeneous metals and the physical and chemical properties of differences, the coordinated deformation of heterogeneous metal components is a key scientific problem in the heat treatment process of composite plates running under tension. When the inconsistent deformation accumulates to a certain extent,it will show the bad shape of the plate, such as warpage.Heat treatment,as the last process of the leveling process, the shape accuracy of its exit seriously affects the shape quality of the final composite plate. The poor shape of its exit will increase the burden of the subsequent leveling process, which may cause product degradation. Therefore,it is a key problem to explore the influence of various factors on the coordinated deformation of dissimilar metal composite plates under the thermo mechanical coupling of heat treatment process, and to study the mechanism of the coordinated deformation of dissimilar metal composite plates. In this paper,304/Q235 stainless steel composite plate is taken as the research object.Three common heat treatment processes of stainless steel composite plate are selected.Based on the three heat treatment processes, the mechanism of interlaminar coordinated deformation under the condition of thermal mechanical coupling in the heat treatment process of stainless steel composite plate is studied.Firstly, based on the theory of thermoelastic-plastic mechanics, the mathematical model of the interlaminar coordinated deformation of the metal composite plate under the thermo mechanical coupling in the heat treatment process is established. Then, the ABAQUS is used to simulate different heat treatment processes, and the distribution law of the temperature field and the longitudinal stress-strain along the thickness direction of the composite plate are obtained. The effects of different parameters on the warpage and residual stress of the composite plate after heat treatment were analyzed under different heat treatment processes, and finally verified by experiments. The results show that although the distribution of the longitudinal stress and the equivalent plastic strain are different in different heat treatment processes, the maximum longitudinal stress of the three heat treatment processes is at the upper and lower surfaces, and the maximum equivalent plastic strain is also at the upper and lower surfaces;because of the difference between the base and the coating materials, the stress mutation occurs at the interface;the appropriate set tension is conducive to the reduction of warpage, but when the set tension is too large,it will aggravate the warpage;among the four thickness ratio composite plates selected, the warpage of the composite plate with the thickness ratio of 1:4 is the lightest;among the three heat treatment processes, the warpage of the rapid cooling heat treatment process is the lightest and the shape of the plate is the best;with the increase of set tension, the value of residual stress increases and the value of tensile stress decreases;through the comparison of theory and simulation,it can be seen that the warpage between the two is almost the same, only there is a slight difference at the end of the composite plate;the distribution law of residual stress along the thickness direction between the two is basically the same, but there is a certain difference in the numerical value;the warpage law of the metal composite plate obtained from the experiment and simulation and the distribution law of residual stress along the thickness direction are basically the same.
