As a typical complex process industry,mineral processing has the characteristics of long production line,multi workshops,multi production indices,multi equipment.Typical mineral processing is mainly composed of raw material screening process,shaft furnace roasting process,grinding process,magnetic separation process,flotation separation process,concentrate treatment process and tailings treatment process,involving many production indices in each process.Mineral processing index is an important basis to measure the running status of each link in production and an important evaluation standard of final product quality.Realization of visual monitoring of the real-time data,historical data and data correlation analysis of the mineral production index can not only provide a visual information of production data for production operators,but also provide a valuable decision support for production planning and scheduling personnel.We can dig deeper and more valuable things through the visual monitoring of production data.According to the characteristics and technical requirements of mineral processing,the data visualization technology is applied to mineral production index monitoring.This paper,supported by the National 863 Program project "Technology research and demonstration application of mineral processing manufacturing execution system based on Internet of things" and the project of suspension magnetization roasting beneficiation project of JISCO,discusses the visual monitoring scheme of mineral production index,designs and develops the visual monitoring system of mineral production index.As part of MES,the system has been successfully applied to a concentrator mineral production process.The research of this paper includes the following contents:(1)Firstly,the current research status of data visualization applications in various industries and the current research status of data visualization tools are analyzed,and the research status and existing problems of the monitoring system of mineral processing production indexes are analyzed based on the visual monitoring of mineral production indices.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of mineral production process,mineral production indices can be classified according to different classification standards.Typically,mineral processing production indices can be divided into comprehensive production index,process index and raw material production index and the function and importance of each kind of production index in mineral processing are analyzed.On this basis,this paper make the requirement analysis of mineral production index visual monitoring system,including the analysis of the functional requirements and the analysis of the performance.(2)According to the demand analysis of the visual monitoring system,each function module of the system is detailedly designed.Firstly,because the whole process involves many production indices,in order to make the structure level of the system more clear,a visual configuration tool of production index monitoring based on production process flowchart is designed.The tool can draw the process flowchart according to the production process and customize its node function,trigger event,prompt information through visual interface,thus realizing classification monitoring of production indices.Secondly,the mineral production indices are classified according to the process.In order to improve the monitoring capability and efficiency of production indices in the process of mineral processing,real-time data monitoring module,historical data monitoring module,data correlation monitoring module and operation state of production process monitoring module and system management module was designed to realize the visual monitoring of mineral production indices.(3)The designed function of the mineral production index visual monitoring system is developed.The system software is based on the B/S architecture and adopts the development way of separating.The front-end program is developed by vue.js framework,and the back-end program is developed by Spring+SpringMVC+Mybatis framework.The front-end program exchanges data with back-end program by calling RESTful API.Firstly,the front-end development framework and the back-end development framework of this system are built.On this basis,the front-end interface,back-end services and system database of each functional module are developed,and all the functions designed of the system are realized.(4)In a concentrator as the application background,the functions of the mineral processing indices visual monitoring system are verified by field production data and the verification results meet the design requirements and practical application requirements.The system is an assistant decision system for the production scheduling of mineral processing,which can improve the work efficiency and quality of production management personnel.
