Because of the characteristics of long duration and distant range,long endurance underwater robot can satisfy people to the demand of the wide range of observation for a long time,this is the development trend of future Ocean exploration equipment.With the improvement of underwater robot,the anti-corrosion ability of underwater robot is higher.This study is around the Long endurance underwater robot's corrosion problem and protection system,using of control variables to calculate model of sacrificial anode cathodic protection method,using of the simulation of cathodic potential distribution,and using boundary element method to simulate and verifify the cathode potential distribution.The main contents of this research are as follows:(1)Corrosion mechanism research.Developed on the data measured by the transducer carried on the Shenyang Institute of Automation 1000 meters "sea wing" underwater glider in the South China Sea.It analyzed the relationship between the factors affecting seawater corrosion and he depth of the ocean,according these to select medium environment when the corrosion protection system design.At the same time,according to the corrosion condition of above underwater glider to sea test,analyze corrosion types what are frequently occurring,intensive study of principles of various corrosion types,to make the foundation for design of corrosion protection system.(2)Designing corrosion protection system scheme.In this paper,the traditional method of corrosion protection in China and abroad is investigated,and the corrosion protection scheme of underwater robots is determined by the combination of anode cathodic protection and coating protection.Choosing protection parameter based on the work of the Marine environment about Underwater robot,Faraday theorem and combination of ohm's law is applied to estimate the amount of sacrificial anode,according to the actual engineering requirements to design the appearance of sacrificial anode and arrange installation,to complete the preliminary scheme of long range underwater robot corrosion protection system design.(3)Scheme verification.In order to guarantee the accuracy of calculation results,it has a cathodic protection potential simulation in the COMSOL Multiphysics software that is physical fields modeling and analysis software based on finite element method,and the analysis of the effect of anode parameters on cathodic protection potential distribution situation,after finally verified for corrosion protection of cathodic protection potential in the range of reasonable protection and the validity of the theoretical results.In order to further ensure the rigor of the study,taking the "sea wing" 1000 meters underwater glider as an example,and designing actual verification test at sea.Through the observation of corrosion of the shell surface gliding cabin corrosion protection effect,preliminary judgment,simultaneous measurement of corrosion current of the sacrificial anode and the required protection current comparison,further validation of the long endurance of the underwater robot in the protection system of corrosion protection in the process of navigation.
