In the high grade mineral resources today,how to efficiently from low grade mineral resources to obtain gold,how to get the gold in the premise of protect the environment of green environmental protection,how to make efficient utilization of mineral resources to obtain the maximum economic benefits is the main problem in metallurgical enterprises closely.In order from low grade mineral resources to get the most gold to get the maximum economic benefits,only pay attention to normal or fault process can not achieve the desired effect.In the premise of the normal production process,will have important practical significance to make the process running on the optimal production condition but the big economic benefits.This thesis deeply research on Evaluation of production process conditions,to the production process under normal operation conditions,identify its operation condition.In hydrometallurgical process,complex process and production conditions of evil,many variables,coupled with more or less between each process.According to the specific characteristics of the whole process of hydrometallurgical process to conduct the thorough research,the evaluation process of hydrometallurgy of fuzzy rules of the whole process of running state based on the method of realizing wet metallurgy The running state of the whole process is evaluated online.In the process of hydrometallurgy production,aiming at large data off-site heterogeneous,heterogeneous characteristics,put forward the evaluation process operation method of D-S evidence theory and fuzzy rules based on combination of D-S evidence theory;information fusion to achieve heterologous qualitative variables based on more accurate,based on the D-S evidence theory to realize the remote information fusion to local evaluation perfect the more accurate fuzzy rule-based model,membership functions based on heterogeneous information(quantitative and qualitative variables and the heterogeneous variable)fusion unification;aiming at the actual production process fault data distortion or drift will lead to weak data reliability problems,this thesis based on the multi-sensor data fusion method to estimate the measurement results the fault sensor evaluation provides accurate evaluation basis for the operation of the state;to establish the evaluation model of fuzzy rules based on wet method The whole process of metallurgical industry is evaluated.Based on a large number of historical data and data mining technology,offline fuzzy rule base is established,and online operation state evaluation is carried out based on matching rule formula.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the simulation and analysis of the hydrometallurgical process.
