The smelting process of converter is very complex,there are many things that we can not control and measure with normal process control methods.For example,because of the high temperature and the complex reaction process of steel-making,we can not calculate the amount of various of material,also we can not forecast the temperature and the component of molten steel.The main reason of control the final molten steel and the final temperature of steel are the control of lime and O2 supply.At first,this article adopt mechanism model of steel-making to calculate the amounts of O2 and lime,get the error of calculated value and actual valve.Then through the intelligence algorithm to calculate the result of the amounts of O2 and lime again.Contrast the result of them.Finish the building of intelligent model of steel-making.This article through analysis the data of steel-making,understand the chemical reaction of steel-making.Building the mechanism model on material balance and heat balance.Building the Intelligent model of oxygen supply and the intelligent model of the amount of lime of BP neural network,and also through Genetic BP neural network to improve the model,and finally improve the accuracy of error and hit rate.The main details of this article as follows:First,as the the chemical reaction of steel-making,building the the mechanism model on material balance and heat balance.According to the principle of the balance,calculate the various of oxide and auxiliary materials and the amounts of O2.Then according to the lime and O2 of steel-making building the Intelligent model of oxygen supply and the intelligent model of the amount of lime,analysis the of the reaction between elements to make sure the real factor of the amount of lime and the supply of oxygen.Improve the model through genetic algorithm.According to the data that collect of historical to train the network,determine the structure and parameter of the model,and use the test data to check the accuracy of the results.Compare to the mechanism model,get the more accuracy results at the error of 5%.At last,Design and make system of intelligence of steel-making,The system main including the collection of data area and the calculate of the mechanism model area and the the calculate of the intelligent model,put the results into the data base of dynamic model and finally real achieve the intelligence of steel-making.
