The decarburizing and annealing line is an important process in the production of high-grade electrical steel.The main process of annealing furnace is to realize the function of decarburization.After rolling,the steel strip can achieve the purpose of decarburization with the atmosphere and temperature in the furnace.The main components of the atmosphere gas in the annealing furnace of the unit are:nitrogen,hydrogen,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,ammonia,water vapor.There are many gas components in the furnace,and the requirement of the control components is very high.The non-standard atmosphere in the furnace will directly lead to the scrap of silicon steel products.Therefore,the atmosphere control system in the furnace is very important for the decarburization annealing furnace.In this thesis,the annealing furnace of cold rolled silicon steel decarburizing and annealing line is studied in this thesis.The decarburization annealing furnace atmosphere control system was studied;then the process and equipment structure of the decarbonization furnace are introduced in detail.The structure and function of each furnace section of the decarburization annealing furnace are described in detail.The atmosphere control system in the furnace of decarbonization annealing furnace is expounded in this thesis.The control system of the mixing station control system,the humidifier control system,the furnace pressure control system,dew point detection control system and atmosphere content control system in the decarburization annealing furnace atmosphere control system is explained in detail.Because the gas oriented silicon steel decarburization annealing furnace gas component is complex and requires high control accuracy in the actual production process encountered mixed station flow abnormity detection and nitrogen pressure fluctuation control problems,aiming at these problems,a reasonable adjustment and transformation,to solve the problems encountered in the production process.
