The transportation of oil and gas in pipeline is an important mode of energy transporting in China,which plays an important role in the development of national economy.Because of the aging of pipeline materials,corrosion and the damage caused by external forces,it is very important to inspect the pipeline.In the process of internal testing,the pipe is pluged up by the detection equipment,which can cause heavy losses in the pipeline transportation industry.Therefore,in order to minimize the loss,there is great significance on doing the research on the positioning technology.Because the pipeline system is large and complicated,it is of great significance to develop the wireless transceiver based on the electromagnetic wave of ultra-low frequency.This paper studies that the design and positioning algorithm of ultra-low frequency electromagnetic wave wireless positioning transceiver.It mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,because the theoretical model of ultra-low frequency simulation is not perfect in the detection process,this paper uses the simulation software ANSYS to optimize the design of the electromagnetic wave receiving device probe,and makes the simulation of the magnetic field distribution of the transmitting probe under different conditions.Secondly,as for the outdoor detection process,the device must ensure a continuous and uninterrupted work,so the hardware design revolves around the design principle of low power consumption,from the electromagnetic wave transmitting device to the electromagnetic wave receiving device design,to minimize the power consumption of the system.The system designed in this paper mostly uses intermittent transmission or P WM control output,and selects low-power components.The power consumption of the device is reduced to some extent.Moreover,the innovation of this paper is that a new type of ultra-low frequency resonant magnetic field superimposing power amplifier circuit is designed.This circuit is especially suitable for ultra-low frequency electromagnetic wave positioning technology,which can improve the emission performance.Besides,since the detection environment of the ultra-low frequency positioning is a certain distance between the transmitting and receiving probes,the signal distortion is obvious after the receiving probe is coupled with the signal excited by the transmitting probe,and it is difficult to directly perform feature extraction using the coupled signal,so the power is designed in this paper.The amplification filter circuit and the envelope detection circuit greatly improve the characteristics of the signal.Finally,for the complex problem of algorithm implementation of the positioning technology of the receiving device,this paper proposes a three-probe data combination sample training model based on deep confidence network.Using Matlab simulation software to train and test the ranging data,the classification processing of the ranging data is realized,which provides a new idea for the research of ultra-low frequency positioning algorithm.
