| Aluminum-steel composite materials as a new type of structural material,not only owns the properties of high melting point,high hardness and good mechanical like steel;but also excellent thermal conductivity,good corrosion resistance,low density like aluminum.It can effectively play the use of steel performance and reduce costs,and also can ensure good corrosion resistance.Therefore,it can be widely used in the field of building materials,automotive electrical appliances materials,military equipment materials.Taking" Automatic Control System of Aluminum Foil Rolling for Aluminum Industry Co"as background,on the basis of reviewing and summarizing existing literature,by using the DEFORM-3D finite element software,the influence of different rolling process conditions on the law of the compound deformation zone was simulated in the rolling process of three steel and aluminum composite plate.The effects of the ratio of compression rate,initial thickness,initial thickness ratio and tension on stress,strain,velocity field and thickness of the deformed zone were analyzed.At the same time,the influence of process parameters on the thickness was also analyzed.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The three-dimensional simulation model was established by using the rigid-plastic finite element method to simulate the steel-aluminum composite process.The finite element modeling process is described,including the selection of rolling parameters,establish the threedimensional geometric model of roller and work piece,roller and work piece biting condition,the selection of element type and divided mesh,contact parameters etc.(2)The influence of rolling parameters on the stress,strain and velocity field in the deformation zone of the work piece was simulated by single factor control.According to the simulation results of the finite element method,the variation of stress,strain and velocity field under different compression ratio,initial thickness ratio,initial thickness and post tension stress,strain and velocity field are studied.(3)The influence of different rolling process parameters on the thickness of rolled strip is simulated.According to the simulation results,the change law of the ratio of the thickness ratio under different compression rate,initial thickness,initial thickness ratio and post tension is studied,which provides important theoretical support and guidance to the actual production. |
