At present,the profitability of the steel industry is unprecedented,and almost all iron and steel enterprises are in a state of profitability.However,with the pace of structural reform on the supply side of the steel industry advancing,the elimination of backward production capacity has been further developed.On the premise of maintaining the existing equipment level,each enterprise is trying to increase the output.However,increasing the blast furnace utilization coefficient has become one of the effective measures,so Guofeng Company fully excavates the existing equipment capacity by increasing the utilization coefficient of No.2 BF.Improving the input-output ratio is of great significance to the current situation of Guofeng Company.This Paper aims at stabilizing the fuel condition,strengthening the management level of raw fuel,strengthening sieving management,controlling vibrating sieve material flow,minimizing the influence of raw fuel on furnace condition,and formulating concrete management measures.By improving the working condition of blast furnace iron opening,raising the qualified rate of iron mouth and the rate of air blocking,it can ensure that clean slag iron can be produced in time and even,eliminate the occurrence of pressure holding suspensions in furnace caused by unclean slag and iron discharge,and ensure the steady and smooth running of furnace condition.Only on the premise of ensuring the smooth running of blast furnace,by increasing the blast volume,adjusting the area of tuyere,looking for the appropriate kinetic energy of blast,ensuring the reasonable depth of tuyere roundabout,and ensuring a reasonable air supply system..By adjusting the weight of ore batches and the angle of distribution,selecting a reasonable charging system,the distribution of charge is controlled,the distribution of ore,coke ratio and the position and shape of soft melting zone are reasonable,so that the distribution of rising gas flow is reasonable.To ensure the reasonable distribution of gas flow on the top of the furnace,in order to improve the utilization rate of gas.The operation of total air temperature can be ensured to reduce the fluctuation of air temperature and the fluctuation of air pressure of changing furnace,and the fluctuation of furnace condition will be eliminated due to the fluctuation of wind pressure which results in unclean slag and iron due to the fluctuation of air pressure coming from the iron hole ahead of time.To improve the gas flow,make the gas flow more reasonable,reduce the gas volume and improve the material by raising the pressure on the top of the blast furnace and delaying the residence time of the gas in the furnace.Column permeability,for further air creation conditions.By analyzing the data to find out the main factors affecting the blast furnace,and gradually solving the main influence factors,after making the blast furnace stable and smooth,through adjusting the upper and lower parts of the blast furnace,the rising gas flow in the blast furnace and the falling burden can reach a kind of dynamic balance.By raising the top pressure operation,the utilization coefficient of blast furnace can be improved,the production index of blast furnace can be improved,the output of pig iron will be increased,the production cost will be reduced,and good economic benefits will be created for iron and steel enterprises.The main results are as follows:(1)through the management of raw fuel screening,the particle size of No.2 blast furnace sieve plate was improved from 5 mm to 5.5 mm,the vibrating sieve flow was controlled at 20 kg/s,the return rate of blast furnace was increased from 8.72 to 12.17%,and the content of blast furnace less than 5 mm was decreased from 4.36 to 3.45%.By 1.2%,the blast furnace powder has been greatly reduced,The gas permeability of the upper material column is improved,and the resistance of rising gas flow is reduced,which creates the condition for the blast furnace to run smoothly;(2)by hydraulic adjusting the pressure equalizing valve of hot blast stove to slow down the operation time of the pressure equalizing valve,the fluctuation of wind pressure is reduced within 15 kPa,the times of blast coming in ahead of time of blast furnace are reduced,and the fluctuation of furnace condition caused by unclean slag and iron due to the fluctuation of wind pressure is eliminated;(3)through the improvement management of the corresponding working condition,the qualified rate of iron mouth is raised from 85%to 96.8%,which ensures that the iron quantity difference is less than 15 per time,when the slag is less than 10 min or the iron quantity difference is greater than 15,the iron should be organized in time before the furnace to make sure that the opening of iron is finished for 30 min.The fluctuation of blast furnace condition caused by the fluctuation of ironhole is reduced to the maximum extent,and the smooth operation of blast furnace is ensured;(4)by increasing the FeO content of sinter to 8.0-8.5,increasing the.strength of sinter and raising the reduction pulverization index at low temperature to about 71%,the strength of sinter in low temperature zone is greatly increased,the permeability of upper charge is improved,and the condition of furnace is ensured to be stable and smooth;(5)based on the analysis of coke composition,the main application of No.2 blast furnace is comprehensive evaluation.The proportion of three grade coke of Dafeng is controlled at 50.The ratio of coke added with Gavin coke is 25%,the coke with Yaxin coke is 25%or the coke of Gandafeng is 37.5%thick.The coke of Wenheng is 25%of Yaxin coke.In order to ensure the coke in the hearth adequate strength,to ensure the lower part of the hearth air permeability,to ensure that the furnace condition is smooth;(6)by increasing the blast rate from 1300 m3/min to 1450 m3/min,the reasonable distribution system is determined,and the area of tuyere is increased from 0.136,3 to 0.145 m3 to ensure that the kinetic energy of blast is 6500-7500 kg·m·s-1,and the top gas flow and top temperature are used to adjust the upper and lower parts of the furnace.The initial gas flow distribution of the hearth is uniform,and the secondary and tertiary gas flow distribution is normal;(7)to increase the top pressure from 135 kPa to 150 kPa.Reducing the gas flow rate,increasing the gas utilization rate,increasing the output,making the initial gas flow distribution of the hearth even,and the distribution of the secondary and tertiary gas flow normal,making the top gas temperature 165℃,The utilization coefficient of gas in blast furnace increased from 3.78 t/(m3·d)to 4.10 t/(m3·d)...
