Conventional copper-nickel sulfide ore smelting process is mainly for the preparation of a single major product development,resulting in a lot of waste of valuable resources and environmental pollution.With the improvement of environmental protection requirements and the lack of resources,mine valuable resources of clean and efficient use become a research focus.In order to reduce the consumption of raw materials and energy,in this paper,the basic technology of leaching,extraction of low nickel matte is studied,which comes Jinchuan copper-nickel sulphide ores,supported by 973 topics.In this paper,ferric chloride was used as the oxidant to study the leaching of copper and nickel,N902 is used as extractant and sulfuric acid is used as stripping agent.The effects of liquid-solid ratio,temperature,leaching time and ferric chloride concentration on the leaching of low nickel matte were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal experiment.Considering the leaching rate of copper and nickel,the optimum process conditions are as follows:the liquid-solid ratio is 100:3(ml:g),the leaching temperature is 50?,the leaching time is 48h and the concentration of ferric chloride is 1.2mol·L-1.Under this condition,the leaching rates of copper and nickel are 99.68%and 90.28%.Leaching process is a reaction-shrinking nuclear model,the leaching reaction of copper belongs to mixed control model at 20?,30?,40? and 50?,and the apparent activation energy of leaching reaction is 38.62kJ·mol-1.The leaching reaction of nickel belongs to chemical reaction control model,the apparent activation energy of leaching reaction is 70.26kJ·mol-1.The concentration of ferric chloride had a great effect on the leaching reaction rate.Under different concentrations of ferric chloride,the apparent reaction series of copper leaching reaction is 1.08,and the apparent reaction series of nickel leaching reaction is 0.28.The results of leaching residue show that the leaching rate of copper is high and the leaching rate of nickel is low when the liquid-solid ratio is 100:3(ml:g),the concentration of ferric chloride is 1.2mol·L-1,the temperature is 30? and the leaching time is 48h,leaching residue mainly contains iron oxide and nickel sulfide and a small amount of copper nickel oxide.The results of leaching residue show that the leaching rate of copper is high and the leaching rate of nickel is high when the liquid-solid ratio is 100:3(ml:g),the concentration of ferric chloride is 1.2mol·L-1,the temperature is 50? and the leaching time is 48h,leaching residue mainly contains iron oxides,elemental sulfur and a small amount of copper and nickel oxide.Extraction and stripping of copper and nickel have shown:N902 concentration is 16%,O/A is 3:1,pH is 3 and shaking time is 12min,copper extraction rate is 99.14%,nickel extraction is 3.09%;concentration of sulfuric acid is 3mol·L-1,O/A is 1:3 and shaking time is 6min,the stripping rate of copper is 97.64%and the stripping rate of nickel is 1.65%,pure copper sulfate solution obtained by sulfuric acid stripping.
