| The beneficiation process is the industrial process of enriching useful minerals by processing the raw ore mined.Beneficiation process separates useful minerals from gangue,producing concentrates that provide important raw materials for the steel industry.Beneficiation process includes the main ore screening,shaft furnace roasting,grinding,magnetic separation,flotation and other processes.Each process involved in the measurement of different product quality indicators,known as the process indicators.The measure of the entire process of beneficiation,completed in one day or one team time,is called the whole process production index.The production condition indicates the processing capacity of the raw materials involved in the production process,the equipment running time and the subsequent equipment output other constraints.Concentrate as the ultimate beneficiation process products,the quality of its quality will have a direct impact on the beneficiation plant’s economic benefits.Concentrator at this stage are usually off-line statistical methods to detect the overall concentrate production.With the continuous optimization of beneficiation process,the traditional way no longer meet the requirements of concentrator on the real-time detection of concentrate production.Therefore,it is necessary to realize a real-time forecast method of integrated concentrate production.Through real-time forecast of comprehensive concentrate production,the concentrator can realize the real-time detection of the concentrate production and optimize and adjust the process according to the test results in time to realize the whole Concentrator beneficiaries to maximize.Although algorithms researchers currently develop forecasting software based on their own needs.However,the interactivity,reusability and practicability of these software are relatively poor,and the reusability of the platform needs to be improved.Therefore,the successful application of theoretical research to the manufacturing execution system of beneficiation process and the service of the forecasting platform will greatly enrich the functions of the platform software for manufacturing process system of beneficiation process.With the continuous development of Internet technology,web system appears more flexible,convenient and easy to use.Users do not need to install any original program,anytime,anywhere browser access to the system.This article relies on the national high-tech research and development plan "Technology Research and Demonstration Application of Mineral Processing Production Execution System Based on Internet of Things".According to the requirements of the design and development for the production of integrated iron concentrate production forecasting software platform model.The dissertation mainly includes the following work:(1)The status quo of forecasting methods and systems of beneficiation production index is analyzed in detail.Aiming at the typical characteristics of beneficiation process,a detailed requirement analysis is carried out on the realization of beneficiation index system.Including:functional requirements,performance requirements,and system operational requirements.(2)Aiming at the forecast of beneficiation production index.We present a forecasting method of Grey relational analysis method and improved random neural network.The actual industrial data are used to verify the simulation results.The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.The method fully meets the requirements of the ore dressing plant for index prediction accuracy under the premise of small running time cost.(3)Design and develop a safe,reliable dressing production forecasting system.The overall structure of the system,software architecture and functional architecture were detailed design.System function modules include system management,basic information and index three major functional modules forecast.Front-end development using "vue+webpack",Back-end forecasting algorithm services using ASP.NET Web Api package services.The system fully considers the interactivity of internal data and the reusability of development platform,and adopts the front-end and back-end separation technologies to encapsulate the backend code into the restful style of service.System implementation of the front-end Element’s powerful component library,to achieve a stable system,friendly operation.(4)Based on the actual production data of Jiuquan Iron Ore Dressing Plant,the forecasting system of beneficiation production has been verified.Through the verification of the feature extraction and index forecast module in the index forecast module,the effectiveness of the system index forecast module is proved.Through the basic information and system management in the basic functions of each module validation,proved the effectiveness of the system basic services and system security features to achieve... |
