This paper study the object of ammonia distillation system,coke oven of Shaosteel.The production of the original two sets of gas purification system of Shaoguan,respectively,supporting an annual output of 700 thousand tons and an annual output of 1 million 100 thousand tons of coke oven,4.3m oven and old 6m oven,two sets of production systems are used in the coking industry commonly used direct steam ammonia distillation process,in September 2014,the old and new coke oven production coke oven with 6m the size of the auxiliary gas purification system is a new coking,the ammonia distillation and selection using ammonia distillation furnace.Considering the existence of Shaosteel coking existing ammonia distillation process,its energy conditions,equipment familiarity,investment size,this paper explains why the choice of ammonia distillation furnace,as well as the choice of the process,material and equipment in the pipeline pipeline optimization,transformation,pretreatment of residual ammonia ammonia distillation process control parameters optimization and adjustment in terms of experimental research,provide reference and guidance for energy-saving technological transformation of ammonia distillation process.In this paper,the main sources of residual ammonia water are described in detail,and the detailed calculation method of residual ammonia water is described.The nature of desulfurization liquid and vacuum condensate for laboratory analysis to determine the impact,in the residual ammonia pretreatment method is proposed to eliminate the desulfurization liquid and vacuum condensate effect;in addition,through the optimization process,the residual ammonia settling time was prolonged for 25 hours;the optimal operation,the residual ammonia water the oil content is reduced from 518mg/L to 90mg/L,the influence of the ammonia residual ammonia oil to a minimum,the annual economic benefit of up to 380 thousand yuan.The original 4.3m production process in surplus ammonia water to reduce the residual ammonia oil new technology research,such as "flat ceramic film(PC-MBR film)technology,tar ammonia separation system adding dehydrating agent and dispersing demulsifier,has achieved some results.Finally,based on the previous production experience and theoretical analysis,the pH value and the temperature of the inlet ammonia optimal control range,summed up the new method of cleaning heat exchanger is blocked,and the new coking furnace ammonia distillation operation was standardized,using ammonia distillation process of coking furnace compared with the original Shaosteel direct steam ammonia distillation process,the benefits of up to 20 million yuan/year.
