Manufacturing is the foundation of a strong country.Steel is the foundation of manufacturing.Artificial intelligence equipment and industry 4 are developing rapidly at home and abroad.The on-line surface quality detection system of strip is the typical application of intelligent manufacturing of steel.With the rapid development of the iron and steel industry and the strong needs of the enterprises,in order to improve the competitiveness of the products,the original on-line surface quality testing equipment and technology can not meet the production requirements,and the Steel Corp are developing a wide range of technical transformation projects.Therefore,the quality of detection technology is directly related to the efficiency of enterprises,which is of great significance to the development of our steel enterprises.Project management is attracting more and more attention in this process.The development of science and technology also brings more risks to the operation and management of projects.How to effectively avoid risks in project implementation is an urgent and arduous task for our steel enterprises.In order to ensure the smooth completion of the project,it is very important to use effective management methods to identify and evaluate the risks in the technical transformation projects,and to form a complete set of effective risk prevention systems.Based on the basic theory of risk management,this paper identifies the risk identification and risk analysis of the technical transformation projects of the online inspection system of iron and steel enterprises according to risk identification and risk analysis,and points out that the main risks of this project are market risk,quality risk,progress risk,technical risk and so on.The FMEA method and the equal risk graph method are used for qualitative and quantitative evaluation,and the detailed risk coping strategies are formulated according to the evaluation results.Finally,the paper discusses the specific project risk management measures.First,the theory of project risk management is summarized,the risk identification,evaluation,response and control in the process of project risk management are expounded.Secondly,the background,project organization and project objectives of the A steel cold rolling on-line inspection system technical transformation project are introduced,and the characteristics of the project,the characteristics of the risk and the project wind are analyzed.Risk control requirements and goals;subsequently,the impact factors of the project are analyzed,and the risk identification is carried out according to the related factors,the project risk assessment system is established,and the identified project risk is evaluated.Finally,according to the result of project risk assessment,the project risk response strategy is formulated,and the control measures of relevant risk points are formed.The research of this paper provides practical reference for the project risk management of similar enterprises,and promotes the enterprise to do the project risk management further,and ensures the successful completion of the project implementation process through effective risk management.It has a reference value for similar projects in China's steel industry.
