The jacket of offshore platform will be affected by the marine environment in the process of use,resulting in the damage of the steel pipe pile of the jacket.The longer the working time is,the more serious the damage will be.In order to ensure the designed service life and increase the safety of jacket platform,it is necessary to reinforce the damaged part.In this paper,the grouting clamp repair in the repair and reinforcement technology is analyzed in detail.Grouting hoop reinforcement and repair technology is widely used in the reinforcement of offshore platform with its characteristics of convenient installation and low cost.However,the research on the specific bearing capacity is slightly insufficient.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the bearing capacity performance of offshore platform jacket and verify its repair and reinforcement effect.Grouting hoop reinforcement and repair technology is widely used in the reinforcement of offshore platform with its characteristics of convenient installation and low cost.However,the research on the specific bearing capacity is slightly insufficient.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the bearing capacity performance of offshore platform jacket and verify its repair and reinforcement effect.The main methods include axial buckling analysis of ideal steel pipe,axial buckling analysis and horizontal load analysis of bent steel pipe pile,ultimate bending moment and axial bearing capacity analysis of defective steel pipe pile;With the passage of time,there will be various damages to the jacket pile.Therefore,in view of the insufficient bearing capacity of the defective steel pipe,the reinforcement mechanism of clamp maintenance is proposed;At the same time,because the hoop will be affected by various kinds of environmental loads in the ocean,the dynamic load of the grouting hoop is analyzed.The dynamic load of the grouting hoop mainly includes wave load and current load;Due to the different installation position of the clamp on the jacket,the wave current load on the clamp is different,so the load analysis is carried out for the clamp under different installation conditions,and the stress of the clamp under different conditions is obtained;But up to now,there is no unified design scheme for the clamp.In order to simplify the design of the clamp and reduce the unnecessary repeated design,it is very important to design the grouting clamp parametrically.The premise of parametric design of grouting clamp is to analyze its influence parameters.Considering that the size of defects,the length and thickness of grouting ring have a great influence on the bearing capacity of the clamp,these influence factors are analyzed respectively.In the process of structural analysis of traditional grouting clamps,it is found that the life of grouting cement directly determines the life of the clamps.In view of this shortcoming,on the basis of the traditional grouting clamp,the mechanical grouting clamp is designed,and the wedge device is used to increase the pre tightening force,so as to increase the service life of the clamp.The mechanical performance test of mechanical grouting clamp is a good way to verify the previous theory.Verify the difference of bearing capacity between the ideal steel pipe and the steel pipe strengthened by mechanical grouting hoop under different axial and radial loads,and verify the reliability and feasibility of the mechanical grouting hoop for the reinforcement and maintenance of partially damaged jacket.At the same time,the slip force of the clamp was tested under different bolt preload,and the equivalent friction coefficient was obtained.At the same time,the slip force of the clamp was tested under different bolt preload,and the equivalent friction coefficient was obtained.
