With the development of industrial technology,improving the precision of CNC machine tools has been a hot and difficult point of research.Scholars at home and abroad have conducted in-depth research on how to improve the precision of CNC machine tools.Among them,it is an important research direction to precompensate the servo tracking error and geometric error of CNC machine tools.In this paper,the servo tracking error and geometric error are taken as a whole,and the error is pre-compensated in an iterative manner.The corresponding simulation and experiment are designed.The results show that this method can improve the accuracy of machine tool processing.This article first summarizes the compensation of servo tracking error and geometric error.At present,there is a problem of single compensation method and poor compensation effect.According to the error characteristics of servo tracking error and geometric error,it is proposed to first separate modeling and identification,and then overall compensation Technical route.Then modeling the geometry and servo,by modeling the traditional servo drive system,and using the parameter identification toolbox of Matlab to identify,the transfer function of the drive shaft is identified,and then the prediction model of the servo tracking error is obtained;The geometric error is modeled,and the geometric error model is identified by the twelve-line method using a laser interferometer,and the geometric error is obtained.Then the error is pre-compensated with the help of an iterative pre-compensation algorithm.The tracking error prediction model can predict the tracking error,and the geometric error model can predict the geometric error.After predicting the error,iteratively iterates it as a whole.Tracking error and geometric error.Finally,a multi-axis motion control platform based on PMAC is built,and the identification experiment is carried out on the servo system and geometric error model of the CNC machine tool.The corresponding simulation and experiment are designed to verify the validity of the identification result.On this basis,the servo tracking is carried out Iterative pre-compensation experiments for errors and geometric errors are compared with traditional compensation methods.The results show that this method significantly improves the machining accuracy.
