Research On Technology Of Assembly Process Planning System

In the traditional manufacturing process,Assembly Process plays a significant role.Statistics shows that the operating time of assembly accounts for 53%of the total production time,and the cost of assembly takes up 40% to 50% of the total manufacturing cost.Against the backdrop of the great informatization degree of high-end manufacturing industries such as aerospace,the assembly process of a special vehicle,the key technology of the assembly process decision-making system for this type of special vehicle is studied based on the analysis of assembly model and assembly process of a certain special vehicle.Firstly,the essay sorts out and analyzes the assembly process knowledge,using different knowledge representation methods for varied assembly process knowledge.In addition,Oracle database technology is applied to establish a complete mechanical system assembly process knowledge database and database management system,which supports the real-time modification and addition of knowledge in the knowledge database.Secondly,aiming at the geometric information of parts,this essay extracts the topological structure information of parts and adopts the bounding box technology to identify the model information required by the system decision-making.For the non-geometric information of parts,the assembly model PBOM tree is traversed and read to record the manufacturing attribute information and management information,and the marking information system,which is crucial for assembly process design,is also read.Finally,based on the proposed knowledge representation method and the data structure describing information of parts,a method of stepwise reasoning assembly process is designed in this essay.The retrieval method of knowledge based on combination of classification and similarity is designed,after reasoning,output conclusion of knowledge is reorganized to generate assembly process.The development of assembly process decision-making system is finished in this essay.And the above key technologies are verified and the development direction and prospect of the process decision-making system in the future are summarized in this essay.
