Gas gathering station is the key link in the process of natural gas gathering and transmission,and improving the management level of gas gathering station helps to ensure the stable supply of natural gas,reduce the production cost of natural gas,and improve the competitiveness of natural gas in the energy consumption market.The traditional gas gathering station management process has a low degree of informationization and automation in the control process.With the increasing production of natural gas,the digital construction of the gas gathering station production management process is urgently needed to improve management efficiency and reduce personnel work intensity.To this end,this paper studies the overall scheme and key technologies of the digital construction of gas gathering station,and a digital monitoring system for gas gathering station has been developed.Firstly,the current development trend of the natural gas industry and the research status of supervisory control and data acquisition systems are analyzed.Considering the characteristics of the natural gas production process and the needs of digital transformation,the overall scheme of digital monitoring system for gas gathering station is proposed,which has a five-layer structure including sensing and control equipment layer,data acquisition layer,data transmission layer,function layer and human-computer interaction layer,and the system function structure is presented.Secondly,the implementation technologies including the data integration method and the control method of separator liquid level during the system development process are studied.Aiming at the shortcomings of the complicated data interaction format of traditional supervisory control and data acquisition systems and the difficulty of data integration with other production management systems,a data integration method for gas gathering station based on OPC UA is adopted,which has realized information sharing between digital monitoring system and other production management systems;In order to solve the problems that the separator level control depends on manual instructions and the control performance is not good,based on the analysis of the PID control algorithm and fuzzy control theory,a separator level control method based on fuzzy adaptive PID is proposed,which improves the control effect of the separator liquid level.Finally,based on the above research and combined with the actual situation of the digital construction of a gas gathering station,a digital monitoring system for gas gathering station has developed.The system realizes the functions of data collection and transmission,data monitoring,data storage,interface management and system management of gas gathering station,which has important practical value for promoting the digitization and information upgrade of traditional gas gathering stations.
