| For a long period of time in the future,coal will still be one of China’s main energy sources,and the efficient extraction and utilization of coal has great value and practical significance.With the advancement of smart mines and automated coal mines,coal mining enterprises have put forward higher requirements for coal mining technology.As an important link in the coal mining chain,hydraulic support is the future development trend of intelligent monitoring and control.In this paper,the roof pressure monitoring of the hydraulic support is taken as the research object.In view of the defect that the position of the resultant force action point cannot be obtained by the traditional method and the monitoring is not accurate,a new roof pressure monitoring method is proposed,and a multidimensional force pin shaft sensor is designed to the roof pressure Take measurements.main tasks as follows:Starting from the relationship between the hydraulic support and the surrounding rock,the mechanical model of the top plate and the column,the balance jack,and the pin is established to obtain the force type of the pin,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the multi-dimensional force pin sensor.Secondly,the structure of the multi-dimensional force pin shaft sensor is designed,the working principle of the sensor is analyzed,and the overall structural design scheme is proposed.The results show that the magnitude of the strain in the two blind holes perpendicular to the sensor can reflect the magnitude and direction of the loading force.Then,the post-processing circuit of the multi-dimensional force pin shaft sensor is designed,including the design of the differential amplifier circuit,analog-to-digital conversion circuit,data processing circuit and power supply circuit.After studying the existing wireless transmission methods and signal processing methods,the Zig Bee wireless transmission protocol and hardware filter are selected as the transmission method and signal filter of the sensor.Finally,the designed multi-dimensional force pin shaft sensor is tested,including sensor calibration test and multi-dimensional force measurement function test test.The results show that the sensor has higher measurement accuracy and can measure multi-dimensional force. |
