As a newly developed smelting reduction process,the rotary kiln-pre-reduced oxygen coal combustion process uses full coal powder and full oxygen for dense phase combustion smelting,which has the significant advantages of low emissions and short process flow.There are high temperature,gas-powder-slag-gold multiphase coexistence in the molten pool,and the mechanism and transmission process of multiphase are very complicated.The VOF multiphase flow model and Realizable k-? turbulence model are used to simulation the flow field distribution in high temperature molten pool.The influence of oxygen lance parameters on the key parameters of smelting was explored,and the smelting performance was optimized based on multiple parameters.Finally,the tuyere layout was changed.The findings are as follows:1)The VOF coupled Realizable k-? mathematical model can realize the flow simulation of the melting furnace.The results are similar and the error is 2.69% <8%.2)The movement of air bubbles in a melting furnace can be divided into growth detachment,rising deformation and rupture stages.The bubble grows laterally after a certain size and leaves the oxygen gun.After merging and splitting,it reaches the surface of the molten pool,causing fragmentation and splashing.3)Oxygen lance parameters have an important effect on bubble generation and splashing.When the flow rate exceeds 0.23 kg/s and the inclination angle exceeds 10°,it will cause vapor deposition to reduce the generation frequency.Increasing the immersion depth will cause the splashing to increase.Splatter reaches 3.075 m.4)The diameter of the oxygen lance has the greatest influence on the melting performance.The oxygen lance has the best melting performance when it is immersed in 70 mm,diameter 28 mm,and inclination 22 mm.5)Symmetrical distribution or increase of the tuyeres will reduce the melt pool speed,increase the flow dead zone,and increase the splash.Figure 73;Table 15;Reference 71...
