Gas accident is a very dangerous disaster in coal mine,because of the depth of mining and strong vibration will immediately release a lot of gas.In the process of gas explosion,free gas can be released.The deeper the coal mining is,the more instantaneous energy the gas can release,and the greater the risk will be.Therefore,it is of great practical and theoretical significance to establish a stable,efficient and real-time gas prediction system to reduce the injuries caused by accidents.In order to solve the problem of gas disaster,this paper proposes the prediction of gas concentration based on data fusion technology.Firstly,the risk monitoring indexes of coal mine were analyzed,including gas accident,roof accident and risk of underground water permeation,and the sample data were normalized.Second of multi-sensor improved particle swarm neural network forecasting model,according to different fusion method for multi-sensor data modeling,and evaluate the corresponding integration model,mother will Morlet wavelet basis function is used to replace the standard BP neural network hidden layer,using the particle swarm algorithm to optimize the wavelet neural network,through MATLAB simulation comparison of two kinds of algorithm and the prediction results of error analysis,results show that the method used by this paper has higher prediction accuracy.Then the gas dynamic real-time monitoring system to do the research,in the aspect of hardware mainly includes the overall scheme design and equipment selection,on software to study the real-time/historical database configuration and data acquisition software configuration,use King View(King View software configuration monitor screen to monitor and display real-time monitoring information,and probes into the important detection area of coal mine gas concentration prediction and application,based on forecast data correlation analysis results show that the gas concentration prediction method is feasible and effective,And the gas concentration monitoring data is effective.Finally,the gas concentration safety assessment study is carried out,mainly studying the gas risk trend assessment model and interval hierarchical analysis efficiency coefficient(IAHP-ECM)risk assessment model,in order to predict the risk index in advance,providing the safety guarantee for the underground workers.
