Research On Organizational Structure Change Of Petrochemical Restructuring Enterprises

Tianjin Lianwei Company,attached to China petrochemical group is the first restructuring unit.With the expansion of insured transport market,the loss of talents,the change of the domestic environment,Lianwei,facing the most serious challenge since the restructuring,is exploring an effective organization structure model.This thesis insights into the different enterprise organization structures and related characteristics at home and abroad,by the means of the literature study,and sorts out a series of factors affecting the operation of enterprise organization structure.Meanwhile,it also builds the typical organizational structure evaluation and selection of relevant research tools and approaches,laying a good foundation for Lianwei organizational structure reformation research.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the current situation and discloses the existing main problems.It concludes the major influence factors of organization structure reform through the questionnaire survey result analysis,based on the performance assessment,market demand,talent cultivation and reasonable communication between different parts,this thesis explore the better organization structure model for Lianwei company.and finds the factors of influencing corporate development from the issue about unclear company organizational structure,over-concentrated management authority of project department and being short of the ability of solving problems with smooth communication among departments.And then,this thesis confirms the organization structure evaluation index weight for Lianwei,in virtue of analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Finally,the comprehensive scores show the divisional organization structure is more reasonable to the company development,rather than the linear organizational structure,based on Lianwei company development currently and in the future.According to the structure form of the Department system,the original organizational structure of the company has been adjusted and a series of necessary safeguard measures have been taken to ensure the best results.This thesis refers to the research results and innovative thinking of many literatures,synthesizes the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and uses the exploratory factor analysis(EFA)of SPSS statistical software to obtain the organizational model suitable for Lianwei Company,which has a certain application value.At the same time,it is hoped that this study can also provide the reference about restructuring for relevant enterprises.
