With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,people are paying more and more attention to dietary health,and the demands for kitchens are tending to be various.In recent years,the structure of consumers of kitchen appliances has become younger,and smart kitchen appliances have gradually occupied the dominant position in the market.User needs have become more diversified and personalized,which integrated solutions are required.The Internet of things technology can be widely used in many fields such as smart home,smart transportation,smart medical care,etc.The technical system and standards are gradually improved,providing a basis for the overall solution of smart kitchens.Integrated stove is a new type of integrated kitchen appliances which is pioneered by the Chinese.It has been developed rapidly in recent years.Facing the decline of the overall kitchen appliance industry,the advent of the era of technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing and blockchain,has brought opportunities and challenges to the integrated stove industry.This article analyzes the current status of the kitchen appliance Io T,integrated stove industry and related products through literature review,comparative analysis,quantitative analysis and other methods.It is found that the existing kitchen appliance Io T system solution lacks integrity and is too closed,also some companies rely too much on technology for the orientation of design,and the degree of intelligence of integrated stove products is still at a low level;through user research,the positioning of25-35-year-old user groups was clearly defined,and the five levels of user needs were tapped based on the characteristics of the target group: basic functions,kitchen safety,emotional communication,cooking experience and cooking fun.Through the cooking behavior analysis experiment,it is clarified that the integrated stove is the center of the kitchen Io T,and other potential needs of users are tapped,which can be used as a universal method for user behavior research in limited space.Guided by the five levels of user needs,the concept of "cloud integration" is proposed based on the user experience design and integrated stove design of cooking behavior.The cloud integration system is an open kitchen intelligent Internet of Things system with a splited integrated stove as the core.It can connect multiple smart kitchen appliances across products and brands.The core function runs through the entire cooking behavior: family recipe library,ingredients management,recommendations of persona-lized recipes,cooking navigation,and cooking social.The system includes four synergy relationships: experience collaboration,data collaboration,technology collaboration,and resource collaboration.Centralization of information and standardization of data enable the cloud integration system to run benignly and improve the user experience: improve cooking safety and cooking efficiency,strengthen family emotional communication,and increase cooking fun;the multilateral platform business model can use its advantages for integrated stove enterprises To enhance user stickiness and expand new retail channels,it is conducive to upgrading and transformation to "manufacturing + Io T services" and creating a new value chain.
